أكد المتحدث باسم الإدارة العامة للمرور العقيد منصور الشكرة، أن قوات أمن الحج لشؤون المرور نفذت انتشاراً كاملاً للقوات على كافة الطرق والمحاور وشبكة الأنفاق في مكة والمنطقة المركزية والمشاعر؛ لضمان أمن وسلامة الحجاج. كما تعمل الإدارة بالتكامل مع مختلف قيادات قوات أمن الحج والجهات الحكومية والخدمية؛ بهدف التيسير على الحجاج منذ قدومهم حتى مغادرتهم.
وأعلن الشكرة بدء تطبيق منع دخول المركبات والدراجات النارية غير المصرح لها إلى المشاعر المقدسة في اليوم الخامس من ذي الحجة ابتداءً من الساعة الـ12:00 صباحاً، حتى نهاية يوم الـ13 من ذي الحجة لعام 1447.
وأضاف أن التقنيات الحديثة والذكاء الاصطناعي أصبحت عاملاً مساعداً لرجال الأمن في تنفيذ الخطط المرورية، وتسهم في نقل صورة دقيقة ومباشرة للقادة الميدانيين عن الحالة المرورية في الميدان، بما يدعم سرعة اتخاذ القرار ويعزز الانسيابية والحركة الآمنة للحجاج.
يشار إلى أنه تم تسجيل عبور أكثر من 80 ألف مركبة عبر الطرق المؤدية إلى مكة المكرمة خلال يوم واحد، وتصدّر طريق الأمير محمد بن سلمان الطرق في عدد المركبات العابرة بأكثر من 26.3 ألف مركبة، يليه طريق الطائف-مكة المكرمة عبر السيل الكبير بأكثر من 14.8 ألف مركبة، ثم طريق الليث بأكثر من 12.5 ألف مركبة.
وشهد طريق الهجرة عبور أكثر من 10.3 ألف مركبة، فيما بلغ عدد المركبات العابرة عبر طريق مكة المكرمة-الطائف عبر عقبة الهدا أكثر من 7.9 ألف مركبة، وطريق مكة المكرمة-جدة عبر بحرة أكثر من 6.9 ألف مركبة، وطريق مكة المكرمة-جدة المباشر الذي شهد عبور 4.3 ألف مركبة.
The spokesperson for the General Directorate of Traffic, Colonel Mansour Al-Shukra, confirmed that the Hajj Security Forces for traffic affairs have implemented a complete deployment of forces on all roads, axes, and the tunnel network in Mecca, the central area, and the holy sites to ensure the safety and security of the pilgrims. The administration is also working in coordination with various leaderships of the Hajj Security Forces and government and service agencies to facilitate the experience for pilgrims from their arrival until their departure.
Al-Shukra announced the start of the ban on the entry of unauthorized vehicles and motorcycles into the holy sites on the fifth day of Dhu al-Hijjah, starting from 12:00 AM, until the end of the 13th of Dhu al-Hijjah of the year 1447.
He added that modern technologies and artificial intelligence have become a supportive factor for security personnel in implementing traffic plans, contributing to providing an accurate and direct picture to field leaders about the traffic situation in the field, which supports quick decision-making and enhances the smooth and safe movement of the pilgrims.
It is noteworthy that more than 80,000 vehicles crossed the roads leading to Mecca in a single day, with Prince Mohammed bin Salman Road leading in the number of crossing vehicles with over 26,300 vehicles, followed by the Taif-Mecca road via Al-Sail Al-Kabeer with more than 14,800 vehicles, and then Al-Lith Road with over 12,500 vehicles.
The Migration Road witnessed the crossing of more than 10,300 vehicles, while the number of vehicles crossing the Mecca-Taif road via Al-Hada Pass exceeded 7,900 vehicles, and the Mecca-Jeddah road via Bahra saw more than 6,900 vehicles, while the direct Mecca-Jeddah road witnessed the crossing of 4,300 vehicles.
