نفّذ فرع معهد الإدارة العامة بمنطقة عسير، أمس (الإثنين)، ورشة عمل بعنوان (تعزيز الإبداع والابتكار في القطاع العام)، استهدفت مسؤولي وقيادات إدارات التميز المؤسسي في الجهات الحكومية بالمنطقة.
وهدفت الورشة إلى تعزيز قيم الإبداع والابتكار في القطاع الحكومي بمنطقة عسير، تزامناً مع اليوم العالمي للإبداع والابتكار، إلى جانب رصد أبرز التحديات التي تواجه القطاع العام، ومناقشة آليات معالجتها.
وقدّم الورشة مدير إدارة العمليات بالفرع حسام بن كامل بخيت، ورئيس قسم برامج الإدارة والسياسات العامة بدر بن مستور آل الحارث.
الجدير بالذكر أن الورشة تنطلق من دور المعهد في تطوير العمل الإداري والمهني بالمملكة المتمثل في مثل هذه الورش التي تسهم في تقليص الفجوة بين التطلعات والواقع.
The branch of the Public Administration Institute in the Asir region held a workshop yesterday (Monday) titled (Enhancing Creativity and Innovation in the Public Sector), targeting officials and leaders of institutional excellence departments in government agencies in the region.
The workshop aimed to promote the values of creativity and innovation in the public sector in the Asir region, coinciding with the International Day of Creativity and Innovation, as well as identifying the main challenges facing the public sector and discussing ways to address them.
The workshop was presented by the Director of Operations at the branch, Hussam bin Kamel Bakhit, and the Head of the Management and Public Policy Programs Department, Badr bin Mastour Al-Harth.
It is worth noting that the workshop stems from the institute's role in developing administrative and professional work in the Kingdom, as represented by such workshops that contribute to narrowing the gap between aspirations and reality.
