ضبطت أمانة محافظة جدة أكثر من 3 آلاف قطعة وملصق مقلد للملابس داخل مواقع عشوائية بحي «القوزين» جنوب المحافظة، جرى استغلالها في أنشطة خياطة وتصنيع وتقليد علامات تجارية، وذلك ضمن جهودها لمتابعة الأنشطة غير النظامية وتعزيز الامتثال.
وأوضح المدير العام لرصد ومعالجة الظواهر السلبية بالأمانة ياسر بخش، أن الفرق الميدانية باشرت رصد ثلاثة مواقع مخالفة لإنتاج الملابس المقلدة، كما ضُبطت داخلها كميات جاهزة للتوزيع، بالإضافة إلى (5) طابعات «إستكرات» حرارية و(15) ماكينة خياطة و(5) مكائن طباعة ورقية، وأكثر من (200,000) ملصق لعلامات تجارية عالمية، إلى جانب من «تيشيرتات» خام ومطبوعة جاهزة للتوزيع.
The Jeddah Municipality seized more than 3,000 counterfeit clothing items and labels in random locations in the "Al-Qawzin" neighborhood in the south of the province, which were exploited in sewing, manufacturing, and counterfeiting trademark activities, as part of its efforts to monitor irregular activities and enhance compliance.
The General Director for Monitoring and Addressing Negative Phenomena at the municipality, Yasser Baksh, stated that field teams began monitoring three locations violating regulations for producing counterfeit clothing, where quantities ready for distribution were also seized, in addition to (5) thermal sticker printers, (15) sewing machines, (5) paper printing machines, and more than (200,000) labels for global trademarks, along with raw and printed "T-shirts" ready for distribution.
