عقد وزير الثقافة الأمير بدر بن عبدالله بن فرحان، لقاءً في جاكرتا مع وزير الثقافة الإندونيسي الدكتور فضلي زون، جرى خلاله بحث تعزيز التعاون الثقافي بين البلدين وتوسيع المشاركة في الفعاليات المشتركة.
وأشاد الأمير بدر بن فرحان، بالشراكات القائمة، ومنها تعاون بينالي الدرعية مع المتاحف الإندونيسية، ومشاركة إندونيسيا في الأسبوع السعودي الدولي للحرف اليدوية «بنان» 2025، إضافة إلى التعاون في تعليم اللغة العربية مع الجامعات الإندونيسية.
كما زار وزير الثقافة المعرض الوطني لإندونيسيا، والتقى رئيسة وكالة التراث الإندونيسي، إذ جرى استعراض التعاون المتحفي، وبحث فرص تبادل الخبرات وبرامج الإعارات طويلة المدى. وتعرّف على محتويات المعرض الذي يضم أكثر من 1,700 عمل فني، ويعرض أعمالاً لروّاد الفن الإندونيسي والعالمي، إضافة إلى قاعاته المخصصة للمعارض الدائمة والمؤقتة والأنشطة التعليمية.
The Minister of Culture, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, held a meeting in Jakarta with the Indonesian Minister of Culture, Dr. Fadli Zon, during which they discussed enhancing cultural cooperation between the two countries and expanding participation in joint events.
Prince Badr bin Farhan praised the existing partnerships, including the collaboration of the Diriyah Biennale with Indonesian museums, Indonesia's participation in the Saudi International Handicrafts Week "Banan" 2025, in addition to cooperation in teaching the Arabic language with Indonesian universities.
The Minister of Culture also visited the National Museum of Indonesia and met with the head of the Indonesian Heritage Agency, where they reviewed museum cooperation and discussed opportunities for experience exchange and long-term loan programs. He learned about the contents of the museum, which includes more than 1,700 artworks, showcasing works by pioneers of Indonesian and global art, in addition to its dedicated halls for permanent and temporary exhibitions and educational activities.
