دشن المستشار بالديوان الملكي المشرف العام على مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية الدكتور عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز الربيعة، في مقر المركز بالرياض اليوم، البرنامج السعودي التطوعي الافتراضي في سورية.
حضر التدشين -عبر الاتصال المرئي- وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية رئيس مجلس إدارة المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي، ونائب سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى سورية عبدالله بن صالح الحريص، ومن الجانب السوري وزير الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث رائد الصالح، ووزير الصحة الدكتور مصعب نزال العلي، ووزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الدكتور مروان جميل الحلبي، ووزير التربية والتعليم الدكتور محمد عبدالرحمن تركو، والقائم بأعمال السفارة السورية لدى المملكة محسن هباش، وعدد من المتطوعين والمتطوعات السعوديين المشاركين في مشاريع المركز التطوعية.
وأوضح الدكتور عبدالله الربيعة أن هذا التدشين يستند إلى منظومة عمل مؤسسي لمركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة الذي أصبح أنموذجاً دولياً ملهماً وبلغت برامجه التطوعية أكثر من 1300 برنامج تطوعي، وتأتي تجسيداً للتوجيهات الكريمة والدعم اللامحدود من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، لنشاط المركز في مجال التطوع، مبيناً أنَّ توجيهاتهما أكدت أن تظل الأولوية للمساهمة في سد جزء من احتياج الأشقاء في سورية، ولذا فهي ستكون في طليعة مستهدفات المرحلة الأولى لهذا البرنامج.
وأضاف أنه من هذا المنطلق صمم المركز مساراً يتجاوز حدود الظرف الراهن نحو آفاق التمكين المعرفي المستدام ليكون جسراً يربط نبل العطاء السعودي بالريادة المهنية للمؤسسات السورية، عبر منظومة تضم 53 مشروعاً تطوعياً في 4 مسارات كبرى تتفرع إلى 239 تخصصاً دقيقاً تتوافق مع أولويات وزارة الصحة السورية، وتمثل اللبنة الأولى لمراحل قادمة ستشمل قطاعات حيوية أخرى ودولاً ذات احتياج.
واختتم الربيعة كلمته بالتقدم بأسمى آيات الشكر والتقدير والعرفان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده الأمين، على ما يحظى به المركز من دعم متواصل، كما رحب بالسواعد المخلصة من المتطوعين نساءً ورجالاً من كافة القطاعات السعودية على هذه الجهود الاستثنائية، متقدماً بوافر الشكر والتقدير للجمهورية العربية السورية الشقيقة قيادة ومؤسسات على ما يقدمونه من تسهيلات كان لها أبلغ الأثر في تمكين الفرق التطوعية السعودية من أداء رسالتها.
من جانبه، أعرب وزير الصحة السوري الدكتور مصعب نزال العلي عن سعادته بالمشاركة في تدشين البرنامج السعودي التطوعي الافتراضي الذي يعكس عمق العلاقات الأخوية والتعاون المثمر بين المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية العربية السورية، مشيراً إلى أهمية الاستثمار بالكوادر الصحية، لاسيما التمريضية والفنية، بوصفها حجر الأساس لتقديم الرعاية الصحية الأولية.
وقال إننا نُطلق اليوم حزمة نوعية من البرامج التدريبية التي تستهدف تطوير مهارات العاملين في عدة اختصاصات حيوية وتشمل الأطباء والممارسين الصحيين في أقسام العناية المشددة، والعمليات، وقسم حديثي الولادة، وقسم الحروق وغيرها، بما يسهم في رفع جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمرضى في سورية، مضيفاً أن البرنامج سيتوسع ليشمل بقية التدريبات الحيوية في التربية والتعليم العالي والطوارئ والكوارث ليسهم في بناء الإنسان السوري على أسس علمية متينة وقوية.
وتقدم وزير الصحة السوري بالشكر الجزيل إلى المملكة بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي عهده الأمين، وإلى مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة، على ما قُدم من دعم ومساندة للشعب السوري طوال السنوات الماضية، مشدداً على أن العمل الإغاثي حين يدار برؤية واضحة يصبح أكثر أثراً واستدامة، مواصلاً الشكر لكل المتطوعين في مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة بسورية وكل دول العالم، مبيناً أن التطوع رسالة عطاء ومحبة، معرباً عن أمله بالتوفيق والنجاح للبرنامج.
كما شاهد الحضور فيلماً وثائقياً بعنوان «طوبى»، عن التطوع السعودي الخارجي وأبرز جهوده وآفاقه، نال استحسان الجميع.
بعدها أطلق الدكتور عبدالله الربيعة البرنامج السعودي التطوعي الافتراضي، إذ تشمل المرحلة الأولى للبرنامج تدشين 15 مشروعاً وعدداً من المحاضرات التخصصية في المجالات الصحية والطبية الموجهة إلى المستفيدين في سورية، متضمنة 53 مشروعاً تطوعياً افتراضياً في 239 تخصصاً دقيقاً ضمن مسارات الطب والتمريض والإسعاف والإدارة الصحية، ليستفيد منها 18210 أفراد.
ويهدف البرنامج إلى تنمية قدرات الكوادر الصحية ورفع كفاءتها، عبر برامج تدريبية متقدمة ينفذها متطوعون مؤهلون مع التركيز على نقل الخبرات السعودية وبناء المهارات المهنية في التخصصات ذات الأولوية بالتنسيق مع وزارة الصحة السورية، بما يسهم في تحسين جودة الأداء، وتعزيز الجاهزية المؤسسية، وضمان استدامة تقديم الخدمات الأساسية.
The advisor at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, inaugurated today at the center's headquarters in Riyadh the Saudi virtual volunteer program in Syria.
Attending the inauguration via video conference were the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, the Deputy Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Syria, Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Huraise, and from the Syrian side, the Minister of Emergency and Disaster Management, Raed Al-Saleh, the Minister of Health, Dr. Musab Nazzal Al-Ali, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Marwan Jamil Al-Halabi, the Minister of Education, Dr. Mohammed Abdulrahman Turko, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Syrian Embassy in the Kingdom, Mohsen Habash, and a number of Saudi volunteers participating in the center's volunteer projects.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah explained that this inauguration is based on an institutional work system for the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, which has become an inspiring international model with over 1,300 volunteer programs. This initiative embodies the generous directives and unlimited support from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, for the center's activities in the field of volunteering. He indicated that their directives emphasized that the priority should remain on contributing to meeting part of the needs of our brothers in Syria, and thus, it will be at the forefront of the targets for the first phase of this program.
He added that from this standpoint, the center has designed a pathway that transcends the current circumstances towards sustainable knowledge empowerment, to serve as a bridge connecting the nobility of Saudi giving with the professional leadership of Syrian institutions, through a system that includes 53 volunteer projects in 4 major tracks branching into 239 specialized fields that align with the priorities of the Syrian Ministry of Health. This represents the first building block for future phases that will include other vital sectors and countries in need.
Al-Rabeeah concluded his speech by expressing his deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his trustworthy Crown Prince for the continuous support the center receives. He also welcomed the dedicated efforts of volunteers, both men and women, from all Saudi sectors for their extraordinary efforts, extending his sincere thanks and appreciation to the sisterly Syrian Arab Republic, its leadership, and institutions for the facilitation they provide, which has had a significant impact on enabling Saudi volunteer teams to fulfill their mission.
For his part, the Syrian Minister of Health, Dr. Musab Nazzal Al-Ali, expressed his happiness at participating in the inauguration of the Saudi virtual volunteer program, which reflects the depth of brotherly relations and fruitful cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Syrian Arab Republic. He pointed out the importance of investing in health cadres, especially nursing and technical staff, as they are the cornerstone for providing primary healthcare.
He stated that today we are launching a qualitative package of training programs aimed at developing the skills of workers in several vital specialties, including doctors and healthcare practitioners in intensive care, surgery, neonatal care, and burn units, among others, which contributes to improving the quality of healthcare services provided to patients in Syria. He added that the program will expand to include other vital training in education, higher education, emergencies, and disasters to contribute to building the Syrian individual on solid scientific foundations.
The Syrian Minister of Health expressed his deep gratitude to the Kingdom, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his trustworthy Crown Prince, and to the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center for the support and assistance provided to the Syrian people over the past years. He emphasized that when humanitarian work is managed with a clear vision, it becomes more impactful and sustainable, continuing to thank all volunteers at the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center in Syria and around the world, indicating that volunteering is a message of giving and love, expressing his hope for the success and achievement of the program.
The attendees also watched a documentary film titled "Tuba," about Saudi external volunteering and its most prominent efforts and prospects, which was well received by everyone.
Afterward, Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah launched the Saudi virtual volunteer program, where the first phase of the program includes the inauguration of 15 projects and a number of specialized lectures in health and medical fields directed at beneficiaries in Syria, including 53 virtual volunteer projects in 239 specialized fields within the tracks of medicine, nursing, emergency response, and health administration, benefiting 18,210 individuals.
The program aims to develop the capabilities of health cadres and enhance their efficiency through advanced training programs implemented by qualified volunteers, focusing on transferring Saudi expertise and building professional skills in priority specialties in coordination with the Syrian Ministry of Health, contributing to improving performance quality, enhancing institutional readiness, and ensuring the sustainability of basic service delivery.
