توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس لهذا اليوم (الأحد)، استمرار فرصة هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق الشرقية، الرياض، مكة المكرمة، الباحة، عسير، جازان ونجران كذلك على أجزاء من مناطق تبوك، حائل، الجوف، الحدود الشمالية ولا يستبعد تكوّن الضباب على أجزاء من تلك المناطق.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر جنوبية إلى جنوبية شرقية بسرعة 10-35 كم/ساعة تتحول بعد الظهيرة شمالية إلى شمالية شرقية على الجزء الشمالي تصل إلى 50 كم/ساعة مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي كذلك باتجاه خليج العقبة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي كذلك باتجاه خليج العقبة، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي كذلك باتجاه خليج العقبة، فيما تكون الرياح السطحية على الخليج العربي شرقية إلى جنوبية شرقية بسرعة 12-35 كم/ساعة تصل إلى أكثر من 50 كم/ساعة مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة.
أمطار رعدية على معظم مناطق المملكة
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report for today (Sunday) that there will be a continued chance of moderate to heavy thunderstorm rains leading to flash floods, accompanied by showers of hail and active winds stirring up dust and sand in parts of the Eastern, Riyadh, Makkah, Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan, and Najran regions, as well as in parts of the Tabuk, Hail, Al-Jawf, and Northern Borders regions. Fog formation in parts of these areas is also not ruled out.
The report indicated that the surface winds over the Red Sea are southerly to southeasterly at a speed of 10-35 km/h, shifting to northerly to northeasterly in the northern part after noon, reaching up to 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds in the southern part, as well as towards the Gulf of Aqaba. Wave heights range from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching over two meters with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds in the southern part, also towards the Gulf of Aqaba. The sea condition is light to moderate with waves becoming choppy with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds in the southern part, also towards the Gulf of Aqaba. Meanwhile, the surface winds over the Arabian Gulf are easterly to southeasterly at a speed of 12-35 km/h, reaching over 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds. Wave heights range from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching over two meters with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds, and the sea condition is light to moderate with waves becoming choppy with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds.
