أدانت المملكة العربية السعودية ومملكة البحرين والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية ودولة الكويت ودولة قطر ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، بشدة، هجمات الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية العشوائية والمتهورة بالصواريخ والطائرات المسيّرة ضد الأراضي ذات السيادة في أنحاء المنطقة، بما في ذلك البحرين والعراق بما يشمل إقليم كردستان العراق والأردن والكويت وعُمان وقطر والمملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة، إذ استهدفت هذه الضربات غير المبررة أراضي ذات سيادة، وعرّضت المدنيين للخطر، وألحقت أضراراً بالبنية التحتية المدنية.
ووصفت في بيان مشترك بشأن هجمات إيران الصاروخية والطائرات المسيّرة في المنطقة التصرفات الإيرانية بأنها تمثل تصعيداً خطيراً ينتهك سيادة دول عديدة ويهدد الاستقرار الإقليمي، وأن استهداف المدنيين والدول غير المنخرطة في الأعمال العدائية سلوك متهور ويزعزع الاستقرار.
وأكد البيان أنهم يقفون صفاً واحداً دفاعاً عن مواطنيهم وسيادتهم وأراضيهم وحقهم في الدفاع عن النفس في وجه هذه الهجمات، والتزامهم بالأمن الإقليمي، وأشادوا في البيان بالتعاون الفعال في مجال الدفاع الجوي والصاروخي الذي حال دون وقوع خسائر أكبر في الأرواح.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the State of Kuwait, the State of Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America strongly condemned the reckless and indiscriminate missile and drone attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran against sovereign territories across the region, including Bahrain, Iraq, including the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. These unjustified strikes targeted sovereign lands, endangered civilians, and caused damage to civilian infrastructure.
In a joint statement regarding Iran's missile and drone attacks in the region, they described the Iranian actions as a serious escalation that violates the sovereignty of many countries and threatens regional stability, emphasizing that targeting civilians and countries not engaged in hostilities is reckless behavior that undermines stability.
The statement affirmed their united stance in defending their citizens, sovereignty, territories, and their right to self-defense against these attacks, as well as their commitment to regional security. They praised the effective cooperation in air and missile defense that has prevented greater loss of life.
