رفع الدكتور خالد بن محمد اليوسف الشكر والامتنان لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود بمناسبة صدور الأمر الملكي الكريم، بتعيينه نائبًا عامًا بمرتبة وزير.
وقال اليوسف: «إن هذه الثقة الكريمة تمثل وسام شرف أعتز به، ومسؤولية وطنية كبرى تستوجب بذل أقصى الجهود، وأعلى درجات العمل القضائي المؤسسي؛ للاضطلاع بمهام النيابة العامة بما يُحقق مقاصد العدالة الناجزة، ويحمي الحقوق، ويصون الحريات، في إطارٍ من النزاهة والشفافية والمهنية العالية».
وأشار اليوسف إلى أن المرحلة القادمة ستشهد مواصلة العمل على تطوير الأداء المؤسسي، والارتقاء بالكفاءات القانونية من أعضاء النيابة العامة ومساعديهم، بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، ويُسهم في ترسيخ الثقة بالعدالة الجنائية، وتعزيز الأمن المجتمعي، وفق أعلى الممارسات المهنية المحلية والعالمية، كما ثمن لمن عملوا معه في ديوان المظالم وكانوا على قدر المسؤولية.
وسأل اليوسف الله تعالى أن يوفقه ويعينه ليكون على قدر ثقة القيادة، وأن يواصل العمل في سبيل تحقيق تطلعات ولاة الأمر في ترسيخ العدالة، وخدمة الوطن والمواطنين والمقيمين.
Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Yousef expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the occasion of the issuance of the royal decree appointing him as Attorney General at the rank of Minister.
Al-Yousef said: “This generous trust represents a badge of honor that I cherish, and a significant national responsibility that requires the utmost efforts and the highest levels of institutional judicial work; to undertake the tasks of the Public Prosecution in a way that achieves the objectives of swift justice, protects rights, and preserves freedoms, within a framework of integrity, transparency, and high professionalism.”
Al-Yousef pointed out that the upcoming phase will witness continued efforts to develop institutional performance and enhance the legal competencies of Public Prosecution members and their assistants, in line with the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, contributing to strengthening trust in criminal justice and enhancing community security, according to the highest local and global professional practices. He also appreciated those who worked with him at the Board of Grievances and who were up to the responsibility.
Al-Yousef asked Allah Almighty to grant him success and assistance to be worthy of the leadership's trust, and to continue working towards achieving the aspirations of the leaders in establishing justice and serving the nation, citizens, and residents.
