أصدرت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم، بياناً بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيراً بثلاثة مواطنين، هم حسين بن حيدر بن علوي القلاف، ومحمد بن أحمد بن سعود آل حمد، وحسن بن صالح بن مهدي سليم (سعوديي الجنسية)؛ لإقدامهم على ارتكاب عملياتٍ إرهابيةٍ داخل المملكة تمثّلت في قتل رجل أمن وإصابة آخر، وإطلاق النار على المقار والمركبات الأمنية، وتصنيع المتفجرات وحيازة الأسلحة والذخائر؛ بهدف الإخلال بأمن المجتمع واستقراره.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على المذكورين، وأسفر التحقيق معهم عن توجيه الاتهام إليهم بارتكاب تلك الجرائم، وبإحالتهم إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقهم حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليهم وقتلهم تعزيراً، وأصبح الحكم نهائياً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيراً بحق الجناة اليوم الثلاثاء 3 / 7 / 1447هـ الموافق 23 / 12 / 2025م بالمنطقة الشرقية.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين أو يسفك دماءهم، وينتهك حقهم في الحياة والأمن، وتحذّر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسوّل له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of the death penalty by deterrence against three citizens: Hussein bin Haidar bin Alawi Al-Qalaf, Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Saud Al-Hamad, and Hassan bin Saleh bin Mahdi Saleem (Saudi nationals); for committing terrorist acts within the Kingdom, which included the killing of a security officer, injuring another, firing at security facilities and vehicles, manufacturing explosives, and possessing weapons and ammunition; with the aim of disrupting the security and stability of society.
Thanks to God, the security authorities were able to apprehend the aforementioned individuals, and the investigation with them led to charges being brought against them for committing those crimes. They were referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against them and sentenced them to death by deterrence. The ruling became final after being appealed and subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided.
The death penalty was carried out against the perpetrators today, Tuesday, 3/7/1447 AH, corresponding to 23/12/2025 AD, in the Eastern Province.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to reaffirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintaining security, achieving justice, and implementing the rulings of Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe or sheds their blood, violating their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who might contemplate such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
