أكد وزير الإعلام سلمان الدوسري أن السعودية ماضية في بناء منظومة إعلامية مسؤولة ومؤثرة، توازن بين حرية التعبير والالتزام بالقيم المهنية، مشدداً على أن الفضاء الإعلامي ليس ساحة للفوضى أو لصناعة «الشعبوية الزائفة» بهدف تضخيم المتابعين، بل منصة وعي وتنوير تخدم المجتمع وتواكب التحولات الوطنية.

إطلاق مدرسة للموهوبين الإعلاميين بالشراكة مع «التعليم»
وأعلن الوزير، خلال المؤتمر الصحفي الحكومي الذي عُقد اليوم من مشروع «القدية»، إطلاق مشروع «مدرسة الموهوبين الإعلاميين» بالشراكة مع وزارة التعليم، بهدف اكتشاف المواهب الإعلامية في مراحل مبكرة، وصقلها معرفياً ومهارياً، بما ينسجم مع مستهدفات بناء الإنسان، ويعزز قدرة الإعلام الوطني على رواية قصة السعودية الحديثة بكفاءة ومهنية.
مضاعفة المتبرعين بالدم
وفي استعراض المؤشرات الوطنية، كشف وزير الإعلام تصدّر السعودية عالمياً بعدد الجوائز في «مسابقة الذكاء الاصطناعي العالمية للشباب» بـ26 جائزة، في دلالة على تسارع الاستثمار في العقول الشابة والتقنيات المستقبلية.
وأشار إلى أن حملة ولي العهد للتبرع بالدم أسهمت في مضاعفة عدد المتبرعين 4 مرات منذ انطلاقها، بالتزامن مع ارتفاع متوسط العمر في المملكة إلى 79.7 عام مقارنة بـ74 عاماً في عام 2016.
وأوضح أن قطاعي الألعاب الإلكترونية والتقنيات المتقدمة، بما في ذلك الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني، سجلا نمواً متسارعاً خلال الفترة الماضية، انعكس على حجم المحتوى الرقمي والاقتصاد الإبداعي، مؤكداً أن هذه المؤشرات تعكس تحولاً نوعياً في بنية الاقتصاد الوطني.
120 مليون راكب لقطار الرياض
وفي ما يتعلق بالبنية التحتية والنقل، أشار الوزير إلى أن «قطار الرياض» حقق انضباط تشغيل بنسبة 99.8% خلال عام 2025، وخدم أكثر من 120 مليون راكب منذ بدء التشغيل وحتى أكتوبر الماضي، مع الاستعداد لتنفيذ المرحلة السابعة العام القادم، ضمن منظومة نقل حضرية تعزز جودة الحياة في العاصمة.
وجهة عالمية متكاملة
وانتقل المؤتمر إلى محور «القدية» بوصفها أحد أبرز مشاريع الترفيه والاقتصاد الإبداعي في المنطقة، حيث أكد العضو المنتدب لشركة القدية للاستثمار عبدالله بن ناصر الداود أن المشروع يحظى بمتابعة مباشرة من رئيس مجلس الإدارة الأمير محمد بن سلمان، وأن «القدية» صُممت لتكون وجهة عالمية متكاملة تجمع الترفيه والرياضة والثقافة في نطاق واحد يضم أكثر من 70 أصلاً متنوعاً.

وأعلن الداود أن «Six Flags مدينة القدية» سيفتح أبوابه في 31 ديسمبر، كأول منتزه للعلامة خارج أمريكا الشمالية، والأكبر في الشرق الأوسط من حيث المساحة، مقدماً تجارب نوعية تستهدف تحطيم أرقام قياسية عالمية، من بينها «أفعوانية الصقر» التي تسجل أطول وأسرع وأعلى مسار في آن واحد.
وعلى المستوى الاقتصادي، أكد أن «القدية» ستسهم بأكثر من 135 مليار ريال في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي عند اكتمالها، مع توفير أكثر من 300 ألف وظيفة مباشرة وغير مباشرة، مشيراً إلى تنوع مصادر التمويل بين صندوق الاستثمارات العامة والقطاع الخاص والمستثمرين الأجانب، بما يعكس ثقة السوق العالمية في المشروع.
95 % نسبة الإنجاز في «أكواريبيا»
وأشار إلى اكتمال المشروع بالكامل في «Six Flags»، وتجاوز نسبة الإنجاز 95% في «أكواريبيا» المائي، إلى جانب تقدم الأعمال في عدد من الأصول الاستراتيجية، من بينها استاد الأمير محمد بن سلمان، ومركز الفنون الأدائية، ومضمار السرعة، ومناطق الألعاب والرياضات الإلكترونية، إضافة إلى أندية الغولف وأكثر من 20 فندقاً يجري العمل عليها حالياً.
13 محطة مركزية وفرعية
وفي جانب البنية التحتية، أوضح الداود أن المرحلة الأولى من الطرق والاتصالات اكتملت، وبدأ تنفيذ منظومة الكهرباء التي تشمل 13 محطة مركزية وفرعية، إلى جانب توسعة شبكات مياه الشرب، بما يواكب جاهزية التشغيل واستقبال الزوار.
واختُتم المؤتمر بالتأكيد على أن «القدية» لم تعد مشروعاً مستقبلياً على الورق، بل أصبحت واقعاً يتشكل على الأرض، يجمع بين الترفيه والاقتصاد والإعلام، ويعكس ملامح السعودية الجديدة التي تنتقل بثقة من الإنجاز إلى الأثر

Launch of a School for Talented Media Professionals in Partnership with "Education"
The minister announced, during the government press conference held today from the "Qiddiya" project, the launch of the "School for Talented Media Professionals" in partnership with the Ministry of Education, aimed at discovering media talents at early stages and refining them intellectually and skillfully, in line with the objectives of human development, and enhancing the national media's ability to narrate the story of modern Saudi Arabia with efficiency and professionalism.
Doubled Blood Donors
In reviewing national indicators, the Minister of Media revealed that Saudi Arabia ranked first globally in the number of awards in the "Global Youth Artificial Intelligence Competition" with 26 awards, indicating a rapid investment in young minds and future technologies.
He noted that the Crown Prince's blood donation campaign has contributed to quadrupling the number of donors since its launch, coinciding with an increase in the average age in the Kingdom to 79.7 years compared to 74 years in 2016.
He explained that the sectors of electronic games and advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, have recorded accelerated growth in recent times, reflected in the size of digital content and the creative economy, affirming that these indicators reflect a qualitative shift in the structure of the national economy.
120 Million Passengers for Riyadh Metro
Regarding infrastructure and transportation, the minister pointed out that the "Riyadh Metro" achieved an operational discipline rate of 99.8% during 2025, serving more than 120 million passengers since the start of operations until last October, with preparations underway to implement the seventh phase next year, as part of an urban transport system that enhances the quality of life in the capital.
Integrated Global Destination
The conference then shifted to the "Qiddiya" project as one of the most prominent entertainment and creative economy projects in the region, where the Managing Director of Qiddiya Investment Company, Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Dawood, confirmed that the project is under direct follow-up from the Chairman, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and that "Qiddiya" is designed to be an integrated global destination that combines entertainment, sports, and culture within a single scope that includes more than 70 diverse attractions.

Al-Dawood announced that "Six Flags Qiddiya" will open its doors on December 31, as the first park for the brand outside North America, and the largest in the Middle East in terms of area, offering unique experiences aimed at breaking world records, including the "Falcon Coaster," which records the longest, fastest, and highest track simultaneously.
On the economic level, he confirmed that "Qiddiya" will contribute more than 135 billion riyals to the GDP upon completion, providing more than 300,000 direct and indirect jobs, noting the diversity of funding sources between the Public Investment Fund, the private sector, and foreign investors, reflecting global market confidence in the project.
95% Completion Rate in "AquaRiyadh"
He noted the complete project in "Six Flags," with the completion rate exceeding 95% in the "AquaRiyadh" water park, alongside the progress of work on several strategic assets, including Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, the Performing Arts Center, the speed track, and areas for electronic games and sports, in addition to golf clubs and more than 20 hotels currently under construction.
13 Central and Substations
In terms of infrastructure, Al-Dawood explained that the first phase of roads and communications has been completed, and the electricity system, which includes 13 central and sub-stations, has begun implementation, along with the expansion of drinking water networks, to match operational readiness and welcome visitors.
The conference concluded by emphasizing that "Qiddiya" is no longer a future project on paper, but has become a reality taking shape on the ground, combining entertainment, economy, and media, reflecting the features of a new Saudi Arabia that confidently transitions from achievement to impact.
