The spokesperson for the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, Major General Turki Al-Maliki, responded to the claims of the Houthi terrorist militia regarding the downing of a Saudi Apache helicopter by posting a picture of aircraft of the same model on his account on the "X" platform.

Al-Maliki commented on the picture saying: "They claim to have shot it down.. it will enter the field soon.. remember its shape so you don't forget."

The Coalition to Support Legitimacy announced the crash of a reconnaissance helicopter of the type (AH-6i) within Saudi territory in the Najran region, belonging to the Ministry of National Guard, due to a technical malfunction. Major General Turki Al-Maliki stated that the incident resulted in the death of the aircraft's crew, which consisted of two officers.

The spokesperson for the Houthi militia claimed to have shot down an Apache helicopter belonging to the Saudi forces.

The Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen confirmed this morning (Sunday) the interception and destruction of a drone in the Riyadh region. They also announced the interception and destruction of a drone in the Eastern region.

The coalition published clips of the air force operations intercepting cruise missiles and drones launched by the Houthi militias.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms documented the launch of the Houthi group of about 432 projectiles in 9 governorates over the last 48 hours, as reported by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba Net). The network stated that the violations committed by the Houthis in 9 Yemeni governorates resulted in the deaths of 29 people and injuries to 36, including 5 women and 4 children.

The agency noted that the Yemeni network documented the killing of two travelers and injuries to others in a landmine explosion on the Al-Yatmah–Al-Wadiah road.
