A trustworthy source has confirmed to 'OKAZ' the Qatari and Iranian financial and logistics aids to Taliban, an insurgent group that has been considered by many international entities as a terrorist organization since the 1990s. The source shared with 'OKAZ' the details and causes of such support made by the Qatari and the Iranian governments, and the support included liquid assets, weaponry and military equipments.

According to the source, the aim behind the Qatari and Iranian support to the currently most dangerous terrorist organization in Afghanistan is to keep Afghanistan at a constant period of chaos. The chaos shell then leave the Government of the United States with very limited options of the future of the American troops currently active in Afghanistan. Qatar and Iran hope to indirectly compel the Government of the US to withdrew their military from Afghanistan as the US presence in Afghanistan stand against Iran's wishes to increase its influence in the region.
