حجبت وزارة التجارة متجرًا إلكترونيًا بعد رصد إعلانات إلكترونية ومنتجات معروضة تضمنت استغلاله لصور رموز وطنية ومسؤولي الدولة في التسويق لمنتجاته التجارية، مخالفًا لما نصت عليه الأنظمة.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن المخالفة تمثلت في استغلال المتجر صور الرموز الوطنية والمسؤولين في التسويق للتعاملات التجارية، وذلك استنادًا إلى التعميم الصادر للمنشآت التجارية، تنفيذًا للأمر السامي الكريم رقم (3587) وتاريخ 21/1/1440هـ، القاضي بمنع استخدام شعار الدولة وصور الرموز والمسؤولين في التعاملات التجارية.
مشيرةً إلى أن الأنظمة تمنع استخدام صور الرموز والمسؤولين وأسمائهم في المطبوعات والسلع والمنتجات والنشرات الإعلامية والإهداءات الخاصة، باعتباره مخالفة صريحة للأنظمة والتعليمات.
وأكدت الوزارة استمرار تنفيذ الجولات الرقابية المستمرة على المتاجر الإلكترونية، لضبط مثل هذه المخالفات، واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق المخالفين.
The Ministry of Commerce has blocked an online store after detecting electronic advertisements and products that included the exploitation of images of national symbols and state officials to market its commercial products, in violation of the regulations.
The ministry clarified that the violation consisted of the store exploiting images of national symbols and officials in marketing commercial transactions, based on the circular issued to commercial establishments, in implementation of the royal order number (3587) dated 21/1/1440 AH, which prohibits the use of the state logo and images of symbols and officials in commercial transactions.
It pointed out that the regulations prohibit the use of images of symbols and officials and their names in publications, goods, products, media releases, and personal dedications, as it constitutes a clear violation of the regulations and instructions.
The ministry confirmed the continuation of ongoing inspection tours on online stores to control such violations and take legal action against offenders.
