أعلنت أرامكو السعودية عن 17 مذكرة تفاهم واتفاقية بقيمة إجمالية محتملة تتجاوز 30 مليار دولار أمريكي مع شركات كبرى في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، من خلال مجموعة شركاتها التابعة لها ، بالتزامن مع أعمال منتدى الاستثمار السعودي الأمريكي 2025 الذي يعقد حاليا في العاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن.
وتُعد هذه المذكرات والاتفاقيات امتدادا لما أُعلن عنه في مايو الماضي بشأن 34 مذكرة تفاهم واتفاقية بقيمة إجمالية محتملة تقارب 90 مليار دولار أمريكي، تدعم جميعها فتح فرص تعاون محتملة مع شركات في أمريكا تقدر قيمتها بنحو 120 مليار دولار أمريكي.
ومن المتوقع أن تدعم مذكرات التفاهم والاتفاقيات التي أُعلن عنها أهداف النمو الإستراتيجية لأرامكو السعودية مع تعزيز القيمة للمساهمين، وتشمل تعاونا وشراكات في عدد من المجالات، من ضمنها أعمال الغاز الطبيعي المُسال، والخدمات المالية، وتصنيع المُركبات المتقدمة، وشراء المواد والخدمات.
وأوضح رئيس أرامكو السعودية وكبير إدارييها التنفيذيين المهندس أمين بن حسن الناصر أنه منذ البدايات في عام 1933، قامت الشركات الأمريكية بدور كبير في دعم نجاح أرامكو السعودية، وكانت تُمثل نموذجا ناجحا للتعاون التجاري والتقني السعودي - الأمريكي، بدءا من أول اكتشاف وإنتاج للنفط في المملكة العربية السعودية، مرورا بتنمية الأعمال في مجال الغاز، وتوسيع نطاق العمليات المتكاملة في قطاع التكرير والكيميائيات والتسويق، والاستثمارات المعاصرة في التقنيات الرقمية المتقدمة، والذكاء الاصطناعي، والبحوث والتطوير، وصولا إلى تنمية رأس المال البشري من خلال تدريب وتطوير العديد من موظفي أرامكو السعودية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
وتوقع أن تُمثل الاتفاقيات التي أعلنت ، نقطة انطلاق جديدة نحو المستقبل، وتُعزز إرث أرامكو السعودية العريق من الاستثمارات والأعمال مع الشركات الأمريكية.
وقال: "مع هذه الفرص القيمة، نتطلع إلى حقبة مستقبلية متميزة من الابتكار والنمو والريادة".
وتشمل مذكرات التفاهم والاتفاقيات الجديدة التي أعلنت عنها أرامكو السعودية ما يلي:
مذكرة تفاهم تتعلق باستثمار محتمل في مشروع ليك تشارلز للغاز الطبيعي المُسال مع شركة ميد أوشن إنيرجي.
مذكرة تفاهم تتعلق بمشروع تسييل الغاز في لويزيانا، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، واحتمال شراء أرامكو للتجارة للغاز الطبيعي المسال والغاز مع شركة كومنويلث للغاز الطبيعي المُسال.
توقيع عدة عقود واتفاقيات تعكس طبيعة العلاقات القائمة مع موردين إستراتيجيين في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية مع كلٍ من (إس إل بي)، وبيكر هيوز، وماكديرموت، وهاليبرتون، ونسر، و(كي بي آر)، وفلوسيرف، و(إن أو في)، وورلي، وفلور، ويقدم هؤلاء الموردون مواد عالية الجودة وخدمات احترافية تساعد على دعم مشاريع وأعمال أرامكو السعودية.
تمديد مذكرة تفاهم لاستكشاف توطين تصنيع ألياف الكربون والمُركبات المتقدمة لاستخدامها في التطبيقات الصناعية مع شركة ساينسكو.
اتفاقية استثمار وإدارة أصول شركة وصاية مع لومس سيلز، وبلاك ستون، وشركة بي جي آي إم جي بي مورجان بشأن تعاون إستراتيجي لإدارة الحسابات النقدية.
Saudi Aramco announced 17 memoranda of understanding and agreements with a total potential value exceeding 30 billion US dollars with major companies in the United States, through its subsidiaries, coinciding with the ongoing Saudi American Investment Forum 2025 in the capital, Washington, D.C.
These memoranda and agreements are an extension of what was announced last May regarding 34 memoranda of understanding and agreements with a total potential value of nearly 90 billion US dollars, all of which support the opening of potential cooperation opportunities with companies in America valued at approximately 120 billion US dollars.
The memoranda of understanding and agreements announced are expected to support Saudi Aramco's strategic growth objectives while enhancing value for shareholders, and include cooperation and partnerships in several areas, including liquefied natural gas operations, financial services, advanced vehicle manufacturing, and procurement of materials and services.
The President and CEO of Saudi Aramco, Engineer Amin H. Nasser, explained that since its beginnings in 1933, American companies have played a significant role in supporting the success of Saudi Aramco, representing a successful model of Saudi-American commercial and technical cooperation, starting from the first discovery and production of oil in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through the development of business in the gas sector, expanding integrated operations in refining, chemicals, and marketing, contemporary investments in advanced digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and research and development, to the development of human capital by training and developing many Saudi Aramco employees in the United States.
He anticipated that the announced agreements would represent a new starting point towards the future, enhancing Saudi Aramco's rich legacy of investments and business with American companies.
He stated: "With these valuable opportunities, we look forward to a distinguished future era of innovation, growth, and leadership."
The new memoranda of understanding and agreements announced by Saudi Aramco include the following:
A memorandum of understanding related to a potential investment in the Lake Charles liquefied natural gas project with Med Ocean Energy.
A memorandum of understanding concerning a gas liquefaction project in Louisiana, USA, and the possibility of Aramco Trading purchasing liquefied natural gas and gas from Commonwealth LNG.
Signing several contracts and agreements reflecting the nature of existing relationships with strategic suppliers in the United States, including (SLB), Baker Hughes, McDermott, Halliburton, Eagle, (KBR), Fluorserv, (NOV), Worley, and Fluor, who provide high-quality materials and professional services that help support Saudi Aramco's projects and operations.
Extension of a memorandum of understanding to explore the localization of carbon fiber and advanced composites manufacturing for use in industrial applications with Sainesco.
Investment and asset management agreement with Lumis Sales, Blackstone, and PGIM on strategic cooperation for cash management accounts.
