أوضح المتحدث الرسمي للهيئة العامة للعقار تيسير المفرج، أنه لا توجد في الوقت الحالي أي دراسة لتطبيق الأحكام النظامية الخاصة بتثبيت الإيجارات (التي تم فرضها بالرياض) على بقية مناطق المملكة.
