وقع وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية المهندس أحمد بن سليمان الراجحي مع وزير رعاية المغتربين والتوظيف الخارجي ببنغلاديش الدكتور آصف نذرول اتفاقية استقدام العمالة العامة، بحضور عدد من المسؤولين والمختصين من الجانبين.
وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى وضع إطار تنظيمي لجميع الإجراءات اللازمة للعمالة البنغلاديشية، وحماية حقوق العامل وصاحب العمل، وتنظيم العلاقة التعاقدية بينهما.
ويأتي ذلك في سياق جهود وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية في بناء وتعزيز الشراكات والعلاقات الدولية مع نظيراتها في دول العالم، وفتح أسواق عمل جديدة لضمان سوق عمل متوازن، وبحث أوجه التعاون على الأصعدة كافة، بما يحقق الأهداف والمصالح المشتركة.
وناقش وزير الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية مع الدكتور نذرول سُبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الصديقين لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, signed a general labor recruitment agreement with the Minister of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment of Bangladesh, Dr. Asif Nazrul, in the presence of a number of officials and specialists from both sides.
The agreement aims to establish a regulatory framework for all necessary procedures for Bangladeshi labor, protect the rights of both the worker and the employer, and organize the contractual relationship between them.
This comes within the context of the efforts of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to build and enhance partnerships and international relations with its counterparts around the world, open new labor markets to ensure a balanced labor market, and explore avenues of cooperation on all fronts to achieve common goals and interests.
