التقى وزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية بندر الخريّف، في العاصمة الفيتنامية هانوي، نائب رئيس الوزراء الفيتنامي بوي ثانه سون، وبحث معه سبل توسيع آفاق الشراكة الاقتصادية بين البلدين، وتعزيز التعاون المشترك في قطاعي الصناعة والتعدين، وذلك خلال زيارته الرسمية إلى جمهورية فيتنام الاشتراكية.
وأكد اللقاء أهمية تمكين القطاع الخاص من استغلال الفرص الاستثمارية المتبادلة في قطاعي الصناعة والتعدين، وتعزيز دور مجلس الأعمال السعودي-الفيتنامي بما يسهم في تنمية الاستثمارات المشتركة. وتُعد فيتنام وجهة مهمة للاستثمارات السعودية، إذ يتجاوز حجمها 1.92 مليار دولار، وتشمل قطاعات عدة بما فيها الطاقة، والصناعة، والتقنية.
وبحث اللقاء فرص تبادل الخبرات واستقطاب الاستثمارات ونقل التقنية، في عدد من القطاعات الواعدة، تشمل الصناعات الغذائية ومنتجات الحلال، إلى جانب تعزيز التعاون في مجالات البحث والابتكار وتقنيات التصنيع المتقدم ومنها الذكاء الاصطناعي.
مزايا تنافسية
واستعرض اللقاء المزايا التنافسية لبيئة الاستثمار الصناعي بالمملكة، والممكنات والحوافز المقدمة لتسهيل رحلة المستثمرين، إلى جانب مقومات المملكة الإستراتيجية التي تجعلها وجهة واعدة للاستثمارات الصناعية، ومنها موقعها الجغرافي الرابط بين ثلاث قارات، ووفرة مواردها الطبيعية، وأسعار الطاقة التنافسية، إلى جانب بنيتها التحتية المتطورة، ومدنها الصناعية المتقدمة.
آفاق التعاون
وعُقد الاجتماع بحضور سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى جمهورية فيتنام الاشتراكية محمد دهلوي، والرئيس التنفيذي للمركز الوطني للتنمية الصناعية المهندس صالح السلمي، وعددٍ من قيادات منظومة الصناعة والتعدين في المملكة.
ويأتي الاجتماع ضمن الزيارة الرسمية لوزير الصناعة والثروة المعدنية إلى جمهورية فيتنام الاشتراكية، التي تستهدف توسيع آفاق التعاون الاقتصادي بين البلدين، واستقطاب الاستثمارات النوعية إلى المملكة.
The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Al-Khorayef, met in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, where they discussed ways to expand the horizons of economic partnership between the two countries and enhance joint cooperation in the industrial and mining sectors during his official visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The meeting emphasized the importance of enabling the private sector to take advantage of mutual investment opportunities in the industrial and mining sectors, and enhancing the role of the Saudi-Vietnamese Business Council to contribute to the development of joint investments. Vietnam is considered an important destination for Saudi investments, exceeding $1.92 billion, covering several sectors including energy, industry, and technology.
The meeting discussed opportunities for exchanging expertise, attracting investments, and transferring technology in several promising sectors, including food industries and halal products, as well as enhancing cooperation in research, innovation, and advanced manufacturing technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Competitive Advantages
The meeting reviewed the competitive advantages of the industrial investment environment in the Kingdom, the enablers and incentives provided to facilitate the journey of investors, alongside the strategic components of the Kingdom that make it a promising destination for industrial investments, including its geographical location linking three continents, the abundance of its natural resources, competitive energy prices, as well as its advanced infrastructure and developed industrial cities.
Prospects for Cooperation
The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Mohammed Dhalwi, the CEO of the National Industrial Development Center, Engineer Saleh Al-Sulami, and several leaders from the industrial and mining sectors in the Kingdom.
This meeting is part of the official visit of the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which aims to expand the horizons of economic cooperation between the two countries and attract quality investments to the Kingdom.
