أعلن البنك المركزي السعودي «ساما» اعتماد وثيقة «هوية زائر» عند فتح الحساب البنكي لدى البنوك والمصارف العاملة في المملكة، وذلك ضمن قواعد الحسابات البنكية المحدثة.
ويعتبر توجيه البنك المركزي السعودي باعتماد «هوية زائر» مُمكناً للبنوك والمصارف لفتح الحسابات البنكية لشرائح جديدة من العملاء، وتحسين تجربة الزائرين للخدمات البنكية المقدمة لهم أثناء وجودهم داخل المملكة.
وتصدر وزارة الداخلية هذه الهوية كإثبات رسمي لزائري المملكة العربية السعودية، ويمكن التحقق من صحتها واستيفاء المتطلبات النظامية ذات العلاقة عبر المنصات التقنية المعتمدة.
تطورات تنظيمية
ويأتي تحديث البنك المركزي السعودي قواعد الحسابات البنكية ضمن سلسلة من تحديثات دورية على هذه القواعد؛ للمواءمة مع التطورات التنظيمية، وتسهيلاً لإجراءات فتح الحسابات البنكية وتشغيلها، وتعزيزاً لمبدأ الشمول المالي، إلى جانب دعم مبادرات التحول الرقمي في الخدمات البنكية، وتحسين تجربة العميل.
The Saudi Central Bank "SAMA" announced the adoption of the "Visitor Identity" document when opening a bank account with banks and financial institutions operating in the Kingdom, as part of the updated banking account regulations.
The directive from the Saudi Central Bank to adopt the "Visitor Identity" enables banks and financial institutions to open bank accounts for new customer segments and improve the experience of visitors with the banking services provided to them while they are in the Kingdom.
This identity is issued by the Ministry of Interior as an official proof for visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its validity can be verified while meeting the relevant regulatory requirements through approved technological platforms.
