أظهرت نتائج الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في السعودية بالربع الثاني من 2025، أن قيمة صافي التدفقات بلغت 22.8 مليار ريال، بنسبة ارتفاع بلغت 14.5%، مقارنة بنحو 19.9 مليار ريال في الربع المماثل من العام الماضي، وذلك بحسب بيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء.
ووفقا للبيانات، سجلت التدفقات انخفاضاً بنسبة 3.5% مقارنة بالربع السابق من العام نفسه، إذ بلغت قيمة صافي التدفقات نحو 23.7 مليار ريال. وبلغت قيمة تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الداخلة نحو 24.9 مليار ريال، خلال الربع الثاني من 2025، مسجلة بذلك انخفاضاً بنسبة 11.5% مقارنة بالربع الثاني من 2024، إذ بلغت نحو 28.2 مليار ريال. وسجلت انخفاضاً بنسبة 4.1% مقارنة بالربع السابق حيث كانت 26 مليار ريال.
استثمارات مباشرة
وبلغت قيمة تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الخارجة نحو 2.1 مليار ريال خلال الربع الثاني من 2025، بانخفاض نسبته 74.5% مقارنة بالربع الثاني من عام 2024، حيث كانت قيمته 8.2 مليار ريال. في حين سجلت انخفاضاً بنسبة 10.5% مقارنة بالربع السابق، إذ كانت قيمته 2.3 مليار ريال.
وكانت المملكة استقطبت تدفقات استثمارية أجنبية مباشرة بلغت 119.2 مليار ريال في عام 2024، بنمو نسبته 24% مقارنة بعام 2023، ومتجاوزة المستهدف البالغ 109 مليارات ريال بنسبة 39%.

According to the data, inflows recorded a decrease of 3.5% compared to the previous quarter of the same year, as the value of net inflows was about 23.7 billion riyals. The value of incoming foreign direct investment flows reached approximately 24.9 billion riyals during the second quarter of 2025, marking a decrease of 11.5% compared to the second quarter of 2024, when it was about 28.2 billion riyals. It also recorded a decrease of 4.1% compared to the previous quarter, where it was 26 billion riyals.

The value of outgoing foreign direct investment flows was about 2.1 billion riyals during the second quarter of 2025, a decrease of 74.5% compared to the second quarter of 2024, when it was valued at 8.2 billion riyals. Meanwhile, it recorded a decrease of 10.5% compared to the previous quarter, when it was valued at 2.3 billion riyals.
The Kingdom attracted foreign direct investment flows amounting to 119.2 billion riyals in 2024, with a growth rate of 24% compared to 2023, exceeding the target of 109 billion riyals by 39%.
