نفذت وزارة التجارة 14,164 زيارة ميدانية على الأسواق والمراكز التجارية في مناطق المملكة كافة للتحقق من التزامها بضوابط وشروط العروض والتخفيضات الخاصة بمناسبة اليوم الوطني الـ95.
وتحققت الوزارة من تراخيص التخفيضات، وإبرازها للمستهلك، والالتزام بالتخفيضات والعروض الحقيقية المرخص لها، ونسب التخفيضات، وبطاقات الأسعار أو القارئ الإلكتروني للأسعار متضمناً السعر قبل وبعد التخفيض، والإفصاح بوضوح عن سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
كما حررت الفرق الرقابية للوزارة 348 مخالفة بيع فورية بحق المنشآت المخالفة وفقاً لأنظمة حماية المستهلك.
ودعت الوزارة المستهلكين إلى التحقق من نظامية وصحة التخفيضات والعروض التجارية من خلال مسح «الباركود» الظاهر في الترخيص للاطلاع على البيانات المتعلق بالتخفيضات كافة، التي تشمل نوع ونسبة التخفيضات، ومدتها، إضافة إلى بيانات المنشأة.
The Ministry of Commerce conducted 14,164 field visits to markets and commercial centers across all regions of the Kingdom to verify their compliance with the regulations and conditions of promotions and discounts for the occasion of the 95th National Day.
The ministry verified the discount licenses, ensuring they were displayed to consumers, and checked compliance with the actual licensed discounts and promotions, the discount rates, and the price tags or electronic price readers, including the price before and after the discount, as well as clearly disclosing the return and exchange policy.
The ministry's monitoring teams also issued 348 immediate sales violations against non-compliant establishments in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
The ministry urged consumers to verify the legality and accuracy of discounts and commercial offers by scanning the "barcode" displayed on the license to access all data related to the discounts, including the type and percentage of discounts, their duration, in addition to the establishment's information.
