سجل الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في المملكة ارتفاعًا نسبته 0.7% خلال أغسطس 2025 مقارنةً بنظيره من العام الماضي، يعزى ذلك إلى ارتفاع تكاليف القطاع السكني بنسبة 0.8% والقطاع غير السكني 0.6%، وذلك وفقًا لنشرة الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء لشهر أغسطس 2025 الصادرة من الهيئة العامة للإحصاء.
وعلى أساس شهري، سجلت تكاليف البناء في القطاع السكني ارتفاعًا طفيفًا نسبته 0.1% خلال أغسطس 2025 مقارنةً بالشهر السابق من العام نفسه، في حين لم تشهد تكاليف القطاع غير السكني أي تغير مقارنةً بالشهر السابق.
حجم الطلب
يذكر أن الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء CCI يعكس تحركات الأسعار لمدخلات البناء عبر 51 بندًا من السلع والخدمات، تُجمع أسعارها بشكل شهري من مختلف مناطق المملكة، وحُددت سنة 2023 كسنة أساس لقياس هذا المؤشر، كما يرصد التغيرات التي تطرأ على أسعار السلع والخدمات الداخلة في تكاليف إنشاء المباني (حساب التضخم /الانكماش في أسعار تكاليف البناء والتشييد)، والتغيرات الحاصلة على تكاليف إنشاء المباني بأنواعها سواءً كانت مباني سكنية أو مباني غير سكنية، ومدى التقدم والتطور الذي يحدث لقطاع الإنشاءات في فترة زمنية مقارنة بأخرى، من خلال التعرف على حجم الطلب على مواد البناء والذي يعكسه ارتفاع أو انخفاض أسعار تلك المواد.
ويعتبر هذا المؤشر مكملاً رئيسياً للحسابات القومية، إذ يعتمد مرورها من الناتج المحلي بأسعار السوق إلى الناتج المحلي بالأسعار الثابتة لقطاع الإنشاءات.
The construction cost index recorded an increase of 0.7% in Saudi Arabia during August 2025 compared to the same month last year. This is attributed to a rise in residential sector costs by 0.8% and non-residential sector costs by 0.6%, according to the construction cost index bulletin for August 2025 issued by the General Authority for Statistics.
On a monthly basis, construction costs in the residential sector saw a slight increase of 0.1% during August 2025 compared to the previous month of the same year, while there was no change in costs for the non-residential sector compared to the previous month.
Demand Volume
It is worth noting that the construction cost index (CCI) reflects price movements for construction inputs across 51 items of goods and services, with prices collected monthly from various regions of the Kingdom. The year 2023 has been set as the base year for measuring this index. It also monitors changes in the prices of goods and services included in the costs of building construction (calculating inflation/deflation in construction and building costs) and the changes occurring in the costs of constructing buildings of all types, whether residential or non-residential. Furthermore, it assesses the progress and development occurring in the construction sector over time by identifying the demand for construction materials, which is reflected in the rise or fall of their prices.
This index is considered a key complement to national accounts, as it relies on the transition from GDP at market prices to GDP at constant prices for the construction sector.
