أعلنت السوق المالية السعودية «تداول»، التقرير الأسبوعي لقيمة ملكية المستثمرين ونسبتها من القيمة الكلية، وذلك حسب الجنسية ونوع المستثمر، وكذلك حسب تصنيف المستثمر وفقاً للسلوك الاستثماري.
وبلغ مجموع القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة 9,059.80 مليار ريال نهاية الأسبوع المنتهي في 18 سبتمبر 2025، بارتفاع بلغت نسبته 4.8% وبقيمة بلغت 414.73 مليار ريال، مقارنة بالأسبوع الذي سبقه.
أما قيمة ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي فقد شكّلت ما نسبته 4.5% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة كما في 18 سبتمبر 2025.
ارتفاع المؤشر
وعلى صعيد التداولات، واصل مؤشر سوق الأسهم الرئيسية ارتفاعه بنسبة 0.3%، ليستمر صعوده للجلسة الرابعة على التوالي، بدعم سهم أرامكو السعودية الذي قفز 1.9%، وسهم شركة معادن الذي سجل أعلى إغلاق يومي منذ إدراج الشركة في يوليو 2008، عند 58 ريالاً.
وصعد مؤشر السوق بمقدار 27.99 نقطة، ليصل إلى مستوى 10,808.68 نقطة، وبتداولات بلغت قيمتها 4.7 مليار ريال.
وبين محللون ماليون نجاح المؤشر في اختراق مستوى 10,800 نقطة والثبات فوقه، وأن المستهدف التالي سيكون 11,000 نقطة ما لم تطرأ تطورات أو أحداث غير متوقعة قد تؤثر على أداء السوق.
أفضل أداء
وأوضحوا أن مكاسب السوق خلال الأسبوع الماضي جاءت بدعم من صعود سهم أرامكو، الذي حقق أفضل أداء أسبوعي له في العامين الماضيين، إضافة إلى القطاع البنكي، خصوصاً البنوك التي تعتمد على خدمات الأفراد مثل مصرف الراجحي، وكذلك الشركات ذات المديونية العالية مثل أرامكو، والكهرباء، والمراعي، وقطاع البتروكيماويات، التي استفادت من تراجع أسعار الفائدة.
وأفادوا أن خفض أسعار الفائدة، إلى جانب التوقعات بخفضين إضافيين خلال العام الحالي، كان له أثر إيجابي على السوق؛ ما دفع المؤشر لتجاوز مستويات 10,800 نقطة.
وعلى صعيد التداولات، بلغت كمية الأسهم المتداولة -وفق النشرة الاقتصادية اليومية لوكالة الأنباء السعودية لسوق الأسهم السعودية- 272 مليون سهم، سجّلت فيها أسهم 166 شركة ارتفاعاً في قيمتها، فيما تراجعت أسهم 76 شركة.
The Saudi financial market "Tadawul" announced the weekly report on the value of investor ownership and its percentage of the total value, according to nationality and type of investor, as well as according to the classification of the investor based on investment behavior.
The total market value of listed shares reached 9,059.80 billion riyals at the end of the week ending September 18, 2025, reflecting an increase of 4.8% and a value of 414.73 billion riyals compared to the previous week.
The value of foreign investor ownership constituted 4.5% of the total market value of listed shares as of September 18, 2025.
Index Rise
In terms of trading, the main stock market index continued to rise by 0.3%, marking its fourth consecutive session of gains, supported by Saudi Aramco's stock, which jumped 1.9%, and the stock of Ma'aden, which recorded its highest daily close since the company was listed in July 2008, at 58 riyals.
The market index rose by 27.99 points, reaching a level of 10,808.68 points, with trading valued at 4.7 billion riyals.
Financial analysts indicated the index's success in breaking the 10,800-point level and maintaining stability above it, suggesting that the next target would be 11,000 points unless unexpected developments or events occur that could affect market performance.
Best Performance
They explained that the market gains during the past week were supported by the rise in Aramco's stock, which achieved its best weekly performance in the past two years, in addition to the banking sector, particularly banks that rely on retail services such as Al Rajhi Bank, as well as high-debt companies like Aramco, electricity, Almarai, and the petrochemical sector, which benefited from the decline in interest rates.
They noted that the reduction in interest rates, along with expectations of two additional cuts during the current year, had a positive impact on the market, driving the index to surpass the 10,800-point levels.
In terms of trading, the volume of shares traded - according to the daily economic bulletin from the Saudi Press Agency for the Saudi stock market - reached 272 million shares, with 166 companies' stocks recording an increase in value, while 76 companies' stocks declined.
