أعلن المركز الوطني لإدارة الدين الانتهاء من استقبال طلبات المستثمرين على الإصدار المحلي لشهر سبتمبر 2025 ضمن برنامج صكوك حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية بالريال السعودي، حيث تم تحديد إجمالي حجم التخصيص بمبلغ قدره 8.036 مليار ريال.
وبحسب البيان الصادر من المركز فقد قسمت الإصدارات إلى خمس شرائح، بلغ حجم الشريحة الأولى 1.240 مليار ريال لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2027، وبلغت الشريحة الثانية 1.053 مليار ريال لصكوك تستحق في عام 2029، وبلغت الشريحة الثالثة 795 مليون ريال لصكوك تُستحق في عام 2032، وبلغت الشريحة الرابعة 1.271 مليار ريال لصكوك تستحق في عام 2036، وبلغت الشريحة الخامسة 3.677 مليار ريال لصكوك تستحق في عام 2039.
The National Debt Management Center announced the completion of receiving investor applications for the local issuance for September 2025 under the Saudi Arabian Government Sukuk program in Saudi riyals, with a total allocation amounting to 8.036 billion riyals.
According to the statement issued by the center, the issuances were divided into five tranches, with the first tranche amounting to 1.240 billion riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2027, the second tranche amounting to 1.053 billion riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2029, the third tranche amounting to 795 million riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2032, the fourth tranche amounting to 1.271 billion riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2036, and the fifth tranche amounting to 3.677 billion riyals for Sukuk maturing in 2039.
