دشّن وزير البلديات والإسكان رئيس مجلس إدارة السجل العقاري ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، أعمال السجل العقاري في منطقة الجوف، مؤكداً أن التسجيل العيني للعقار يمثل نقلة نوعية لحفظ الحقوق العقارية، وضمان موثوقية التعاملات، ورفع مستوى الشفافية في السوق.
وقال الحقيل، عقب لقائه بأمير المنطقة الأمير فيصل بن نواف بن عبدالعزيز، إن السجل العقاري سيسهم في رفع كفاءة القطاع العقاري، وتحفيز حركة التطوير، بما يفتح المجال أمام استثمارات نوعية تنعكس آثارها على المواطن والمستثمر، وذلك لما يتميز به من دقة بيانات العقارات وموثوقيتها، واكتساب العقارات الحجية المطلقة بعد مرور عام على تسجيلها وهو ما يعزز الأمن العقاري.
وأشار إلى أنه سيتم إعلان الأحياء المستهدفة بالتسجيل في منطقة الجوف، داعياً الملاك إلى المبادرة بتسجيل عقاراتهم في السجل العقاري بعد الإعلان وستصدر لهم صكوك ملكية جديدة من السجل العقاري تتضمن معلومات وبيانات العقار وأوصافه وحالته وغيرها من المعلومات الدقيقة التي تعزز الموثوقية والشفافية في قطاع العقار.
الزيارة تضمنت كذلك تسليم عدد من الوحدات السكنية لمستفيدي برنامج الإسكان وتكريم الداعمين، إضافة إلى لقاء قيادات الأمانة لمناقشة الخدمات البلدية، ولقاء عدد من المستثمرين لبحث فرص التطوير العمراني.
واختتم الوزير جولته بجولة ميدانية على مشاريع البنية التحتية والخدمات البلدية، مشدداً على الالتزام بسرعة الإنجاز ومعايير الجودة.
The Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Real Estate Registry Board, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, inaugurated the real estate registry in the Al-Jouf region, confirming that the property registration represents a qualitative leap in preserving property rights, ensuring the reliability of transactions, and enhancing transparency in the market.
Al-Huqail stated, following his meeting with the Prince of the region, Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, that the real estate registry will contribute to improving the efficiency of the real estate sector and stimulating development activities, thereby opening the door for quality investments that will have positive effects on both citizens and investors. This is due to the accuracy and reliability of property data, as well as the acquisition of absolute legal force for properties after one year of registration, which enhances real estate security.
He pointed out that the targeted neighborhoods for registration in the Al-Jouf region will be announced, urging property owners to take the initiative to register their properties in the real estate registry after the announcement. They will be issued new ownership deeds from the real estate registry that include information and data about the property, its descriptions, condition, and other precise information that enhances reliability and transparency in the real estate sector.
The visit also included the delivery of several housing units to beneficiaries of the housing program and honoring supporters, in addition to meeting with municipal leadership to discuss municipal services and meeting with several investors to explore urban development opportunities.
The minister concluded his tour with a field visit to infrastructure projects and municipal services, emphasizing the commitment to speed of completion and quality standards.
