وقّعت شركتا تسعـة أعشـار والمجال العربي اتفاقيةً إستراتيجية تهدف إلى تزويد «المجال العربي» بحلول متقدمة في تقنيات الطائرات المسيرة (UAV) وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لرفع كفاءة المراقبة والمتابعة وتحسين العمليات في المشاريع التجارية والصناعية.
وتُعد تسعـة أعشـار شركةً وطنية سعودية متخصصة في تقنيات الطائرات المسيرة والروبوتات المتقدمة وحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي، فيما تُعد المجال العربي من الشركات الرائدة محليًا في مجالات المقاولات والتشغيل والخدمات الأمنية.
وبموجب الاتفاقية، تتولى تسعـة أعشـار توفير منظومات طائرات مسيّرة وحلولًا برمجية وتحليلية قائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يمكّن «المجال العربي» من تطوير قدراتها التشغيلية وتسريع اتخاذ القرار اعتمادًا على البيانات.
وجرت مراسم توقيع الاتفاقية على هامش مشاركة تسعـة أعشـار في معرض سادكس 2025، الذي أُقيم خلال الفترة من 1 إلى 3 سبتمبر في مدينة الرياض، بحضور ممثلين من القطاعين العام والخاص.
وتأتي هذه الشراكة في سياق الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز التحول الرقمي ورفع كفاءة بيئة الأعمال في المملكة، عبر توظيف أحدث تقنيات الطائرات المسيرة والذكاء الاصطناعي بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
The companies Tisa'a Ashar and Al-Majal Al-Arabi have signed a strategic agreement aimed at providing "Al-Majal Al-Arabi" with advanced solutions in drone (UAV) technologies and artificial intelligence applications to enhance monitoring and follow-up efficiency and improve operations in commercial and industrial projects.
Tisa'a Ashar is a national Saudi company specialized in drone technologies, advanced robotics, and artificial intelligence solutions, while Al-Majal Al-Arabi is one of the leading companies locally in the fields of contracting, operations, and security services.
Under the agreement, Tisa'a Ashar will provide drone systems and software and analytical solutions based on artificial intelligence, enabling "Al-Majal Al-Arabi" to develop its operational capabilities and accelerate decision-making based on data.
The signing ceremony of the agreement took place on the sidelines of Tisa'a Ashar's participation in the Sadax 2025 exhibition, which was held from September 1 to 3 in Riyadh, in the presence of representatives from both the public and private sectors.
This partnership comes as part of efforts to enhance digital transformation and improve the efficiency of the business environment in the Kingdom, by employing the latest drone technologies and artificial intelligence in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
