وقّع الصندوق السعودي للتنمية خلال السنة المالية 1446/1445هـ 2024م، 17 اتفاقية قرض تنموي مع 13 دولة حول العالم، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 3.701.75 مليون ريال، لتمويل مشروعات ذات أولوية تسهم في دعم مسارات التنمية المستدامة، وتعزيز مكانة المملكة ودورها الرائد في تقديم المساعدات التنموية.
وشمل التمويل -وفق التقرير السنوي للصندوق 2024- توقيع قرضين في قارة أفريقيا بقيمة 337.50 مليون ريال، و5 قروض في قارة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ بقيمة إجمالية 1.147.50 مليون ريال، و4 قروض في قارة أوروبا بقيمة 821.75 مليون ريال، إلى جانب 6 قروض في قارة أمريكا اللاتينية والبحر الكاريبي بقيمة إجمالية 1.395 مليون ريال، وذلك ضمن توسع الصندوق في نشاطه الإقراضي خلال عام 2024م، إذ شملت الاتفاقيات خمس دول جديدة هي: سانت كيتس ونيفيس، والسلفادور، ونيكاراغوا، ودومينيكا، وصربيا.
وتوزعت القروض الموقعة خلال السنة المالية 2024م على عدد من القطاعات التنموية، واستحوذ قطاع البنية الاجتماعية على النسبة الأكبر من إجمالي التمويل بواقع 1.155 مليون ريال تمثل 31.2% من الإجمالي عبر خمسة مشروعات، تلاه قطاع الطاقة بقيمة 1.083.75 مليون ريال بنسبة 29.28% لخمسة مشروعات، ثم قطاع النقل والاتصالات بتمويل 994.25 مليون ريال بنسبة 26.86% لخمسة مشروعات، كما شمل التمويل قطاع الصحة بمبلغ 705 ملايين ريال بنسبة 19.04% عبر ثلاثة مشروعات، وقطاع التعليم بمبلغ 450 مليون ريال بنسبة 12.16% لمشروعين.
وتضمن قطاع النقل، توقيع اتفاقيات تمويل مشروعات الطرق بمبلغ 206.75 مليون ريال بنسبة 5.59% لمشروعين، والمطارات بقيمة 581.25 مليون ريال تمثل 15.7% لمشروعين، إضافة إلى مشروع واحد لقطاع السكك الحديدية بقيمة 206.25 مليون ريال بنسبة 5.57%.
وحصل قطاع الزراعة على قرض واحد بقيمة 281.25 مليون ريال بنسبة 7.6%، إلى جانب تمويل موجه لقطاعات أخرى بقيمة 187.5 مليون ريال بنسبة 5.06%.
يذكر أن الصندوق السعودي للتنمية قدم خلال العقود الخمسة الماضية تمويلات لنحو 800 مشروع وبرنامج تنموي بقيمة إجمالية تجاوزت 81 مليار ريال، استفادت منها 100 دولة؛ بهدف تحقيق المزيد من النمو والازدهار للإسهام في بناء مستقبل أفضل.
The Saudi Fund for Development signed 17 developmental loan agreements with 13 countries around the world during the fiscal year 1446/1445 AH (2024 AD), with a total value of 3,701.75 million riyals, to finance priority projects that contribute to supporting sustainable development pathways and enhancing the Kingdom's position and its leading role in providing developmental assistance.
The financing included - according to the Fund's annual report for 2024 - the signing of two loans in Africa worth 337.50 million riyals, five loans in Asia and the Pacific with a total value of 1,147.50 million riyals, four loans in Europe worth 821.75 million riyals, in addition to six loans in Latin America and the Caribbean with a total value of 1,395 million riyals, as part of the Fund's expansion in its lending activities during 2024, which included agreements with five new countries: Saint Kitts and Nevis, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Dominica, and Serbia.
The signed loans during the fiscal year 2024 were distributed across several developmental sectors, with the social infrastructure sector accounting for the largest share of total financing at 1,155 million riyals, representing 31.2% of the total across five projects. This was followed by the energy sector with a value of 1,083.75 million riyals, accounting for 29.28% for five projects, then the transport and communications sector with financing of 994.25 million riyals, representing 26.86% for five projects. The financing also included the health sector with an amount of 705 million riyals, representing 19.04% across three projects, and the education sector with an amount of 450 million riyals, representing 12.16% for two projects.
The transport sector included the signing of financing agreements for road projects worth 206.75 million riyals, accounting for 5.59% for two projects, and airports valued at 581.25 million riyals, representing 15.7% for two projects, in addition to one project for the railway sector worth 206.25 million riyals, accounting for 5.57%.
The agriculture sector received one loan worth 281.25 million riyals, accounting for 7.6%, along with financing directed to other sectors worth 187.5 million riyals, representing 5.06%.
It is noteworthy that the Saudi Fund for Development has provided financing for approximately 800 developmental projects and programs over the past five decades, with a total value exceeding 81 billion riyals, benefiting 100 countries, with the aim of achieving further growth and prosperity to contribute to building a better future.
