أعلنت «الهيئة العامة للعقار» تسجيل نمو بنسبة 185% في عدد شهادات جمعيات الملاك المجددة عبر البوابة الإلكترونية خلال النصف الأول من عام 2025 مقارنةً بالفترة ذاتها من عام 2024، حيث تجاوز عدد الشهادات المجددة 635 شهادة، في إطار جهود الهيئة لتمكين بيئة تنظيمية مستدامة تحفظ حقوق الملاك وشاغلي الوحدات العقارية المشتركة.
وأوضحت «الهيئة» أن مؤشرات «ملاك» للنصف الأول من العام الحالي 2025 سجلت 3600 جمعية ملاك جديدة، تضم أكثر من 9 آلاف وحدة عقارية مدرجة ليصل إجمالي الجمعيات المعتمدة إلى 17 ألف جمعية، مع انضمام أكثر من 16 ألف عضو ليتجاوز إجمالي عدد الأعضاء المسجلين في البوابة 160 ألف عضو، إضافة إلى تسجيل 4,000 رئيس جمعية وأكثر من 1000 مدير عقار، ما يعكس اتساع نطاق المشاركة في إدارة الجمعيات، واهتماماً متزايداً بتنظيم العلاقة بين الملاك وتحقيق الكفاءة في إدارة المجتمعات السكنية.
وأشارت «الهيئة» إلى أن إجمالي العمليات المنفذة عبر بوابة «جمعيات الملاك» تجاوز 74 ألف عملية، شملت تسجيل العقارات ونقل ملكيتها، والتصويت على تعيين رؤساء الجمعيات ومديري العقار، واعتماد محاضر الاشتراكات، وفتح الحسابات البنكية، وإصدار وتجديد شهادات الجمعيات، إلى جانب إصدار الرقم الموحد 700 الخاص بتسجيل الكيانات واعتمادها، وغيرها من الخدمات التي تسهم في تطوير القطاع العقاري وتنظيمه.
يُذكر أن مديري العقارات في جمعيات الملاك المعتمدة يمكنهم توثيق العقود الإيجارية الخاصة باستثمار الأجزاء المشتركة، بعد اعتماد قرار الاستثمار من خلال تصويت أعضاء الجمعية عبر البوابة الإلكترونية، ومن ثم توثيق العقود عبر منصة «إيجار».

The "General Authority for Real Estate" announced a growth of 185% in the number of renewed owners' association certificates through the electronic portal during the first half of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, with the number of renewed certificates exceeding 635. This is part of the Authority's efforts to enable a sustainable regulatory environment that preserves the rights of owners and occupants of shared real estate units.
The "Authority" clarified that the "Owners" indicators for the first half of the current year 2025 recorded 3,600 new owners' associations, comprising more than 9,000 listed real estate units, bringing the total number of accredited associations to 17,000. More than 16,000 members have joined, exceeding the total number of registered members on the portal to 160,000, in addition to the registration of 4,000 association presidents and more than 1,000 property managers, reflecting the expanding scope of participation in managing associations and an increasing interest in organizing the relationship between owners and achieving efficiency in managing residential communities.
The "Authority" indicated that the total operations executed through the "Owners' Associations" portal exceeded 74,000 operations, including property registration and ownership transfer, voting on the appointment of association presidents and property managers, approving subscription minutes, opening bank accounts, and issuing and renewing association certificates, in addition to issuing the unified number 700 for registering and accrediting entities, among other services that contribute to the development and organization of the real estate sector.
It is worth noting that property managers in accredited owners' associations can document lease contracts related to the investment of common areas after the investment decision is approved through a vote by association members via the electronic portal, and then document the contracts through the "Ejar" platform.
