The number of point-of-sale transactions in the Kingdom during the period from July 13 to 19, 2025, reached (212,732,000) transactions, with a value of (12,193,511,000) riyals, compared to (13,128,222,000) riyals for the same previous period.

According to the weekly report from the Saudi Central Bank on point-of-sale transactions, the number of transactions in clothing and footwear was (5,855,000) with a value of (719,446,000) riyals, the number of transactions in construction materials was (1,666,000) with a value of (330,016,000) riyals, and the number of transactions in education was (93,000) with a value of (96,638,000) riyals.

The number of transactions in electronic and electrical devices reached (1,332,000) with a value of (156,241,000) riyals, the number of transactions at fuel stations was (16,221,000) with a value of (904,155,000) riyals, the number of transactions in health was (7,106,000) with a value of (740,268,000) riyals, and the number of transactions in furniture was (1,281,000) with a value of (265,573,000) riyals.

The number of transactions in hotels reached (822,000) with a value of (287,436,000) riyals, the number of transactions in public utilities was (666,000) with a value of (44,800,000) riyals, the number of transactions in jewelry was (219,000) with a value of (269,608,000) riyals, and the number of transactions in various goods and services was (19,910,000) with a value of (1,361,459,000) riyals.

The number of transactions in entertainment and culture reached (2,104,000) with a value of (234,106,000) riyals, the number of transactions in restaurants and cafes was (58,355,000) with a value of (1,788,454,000) riyals, the number of transactions in food and beverages was (49,127,000) with a value of (1,727,017,000) riyals, the number of transactions in communications was (2,141,000) with a value of (102,936,000) riyals, and the number of transactions in transportation was (2,806,000) with a value of (718,019,000) riyals, while the number of other transactions reached (43,030,000) with a value of (2,447,339,000) riyals.

At the city level, the number of weekly point-of-sale transactions in Riyadh was (68,014,000) with a value of (4,202,136,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Mecca was (8,549,000) with a value of (507,034,000) riyals, while the number of point-of-sale transactions in Medina was (8,659,000) with a value of (483,667,000) riyals.

The number of point-of-sale transactions in Tabuk was (4,155,000) with a value of (205,588,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Hail was (3,689,000) with a value of (190,606,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Abha was (4,033,000) with a value of (207,484,000) riyals, and the number of point-of-sale transactions in Buraidah was (4,776,000) with a value of (288,894,000) riyals. The number of point-of-sale transactions in Khobar was (4,302,000) with a value of (332,158,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Dammam was (8,285,000) with a value of (285,989,000) riyals, the number of point-of-sale transactions in Jeddah was (25,312,000) with a value of (1,756,915,000) riyals, and the number of point-of-sale transactions in other cities was (72,959,000) with a value of (3,436,040,000) riyals.
