أبرمت NHC اتفاقية تنفيذ مشروع «رحاب السدن» ضمن وجهة السدن بمدينة جدة مع شركة CACC الصينية، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في قطاع التشييد، وذلك في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتطوير وجهات سكنية نموذجية بمعايير عالمية.
جرت مراسم التوقيع بحضور وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، ووقّع الاتفاقية عن NHC الرئيس التنفيذي محمد بن صالح البطي، فيما مثّل شركة CACC الرئيس التنفيذي.
وتنص الاتفاقية على تنفيذ أكثر من 1,400 وحدة سكنية في مشروع «رحاب السدن»، الذي يُعد جزءًا من وجهة السدن، أحد المجتمعات السكنية التي تطورها NHC في مدينة جدة، بهدف تلبية احتياجات الأسر السعودية، وفق أعلى معايير التطوير العمراني. وتمثل هذه الخطوة انطلاقة لسلسلة من المشاريع المستقبلية، في إطار شراكة استراتيجية تُسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات NHC ورؤية السعودية 2030.
وتُعد هذه الاتفاقية امتدادًا للشراكات السعودية الصينية التي تعززت خلال زيارة الوزير ماجد الحقيل إلى الصين، حيث وُقّعت خلالها اتفاقيات استراتيجية عدة، من بينها إنشاء 20 ألف وحدة سكنية في مختلف مناطق المملكة، دعمًا لقطاع التطوير العقاري، وزيادةً في المعروض السكني.
وتتميز «وجهة السدن» بكونها إحدى الوجهات العمرانية الكبرى، حيث تمتد على مساحة 4.2 ملايين متر مربع، وتضم مرافق متكاملة تشمل المساجد، والمدارس، والمراكز الصحية، والنوادي الرياضية، والمرافق التجارية، إلى جانب نصف مليون متر مربع من المسطحات الخضراء. وتوفر الوجهة شبكة متكاملة من المسارات الآمنة للمشاة والدراجات الهوائية، ما يجعلها وجهة سكنية مستدامة تنبض بالحياة.
يُذكر أن NHC تُجسد رؤيتها في تطوير مجتمعات عمرانية متكاملة ترتكز على جودة الحياة، وتسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030، برفع نسبة التملك السكني إلى 70%. كما تعمل على تأمين سلاسل الإمداد بمواد بناء مستدامة، وزيادة المعروض العقاري وفق معايير عالمية، تأكيدًا على ترسيخ مكانتها كأكبر مطور عقاري في المنطقة، من خلال مشاريع تعبّر عن تحوّل وطني يُبنى على أرض الواقع.
NHC has signed an agreement to implement the "Rehab Al-Sadn" project within the Al-Sadn destination in Jeddah with the Chinese company CACC, one of the leading companies in the construction sector, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop exemplary residential destinations with international standards.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, and the agreement was signed on behalf of NHC by CEO Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Batti, while the CEO represented CACC.
The agreement stipulates the implementation of more than 1,400 residential units in the "Rehab Al-Sadn" project, which is part of the Al-Sadn destination, one of the residential communities being developed by NHC in Jeddah, aimed at meeting the needs of Saudi families, according to the highest standards of urban development. This step represents the launch of a series of future projects, within the framework of a strategic partnership that contributes to achieving NHC's goals and Saudi Vision 2030.
This agreement is an extension of the Saudi-Chinese partnerships that were strengthened during Minister Majid Al-Huqail's visit to China, during which several strategic agreements were signed, including the establishment of 20,000 housing units in various regions of the Kingdom, in support of the real estate development sector and an increase in housing supply.
The "Al-Sadn destination" is distinguished as one of the major urban destinations, covering an area of 4.2 million square meters, and includes integrated facilities such as mosques, schools, health centers, sports clubs, and commercial facilities, along with half a million square meters of green spaces. The destination provides a comprehensive network of safe pathways for pedestrians and cyclists, making it a sustainable residential destination that is vibrant and alive.
It is worth noting that NHC embodies its vision in developing integrated urban communities focused on quality of life, contributing to achieving the housing program's goals within Saudi Vision 2030, by raising the home ownership rate to 70%. It also works to secure supply chains with sustainable building materials and increase real estate supply according to international standards, reaffirming its position as the largest real estate developer in the region through projects that reflect a national transformation being built on the ground.
