The Ministry of Commerce has clarified that the new format of the commercial register, which is issued electronically to the trader, includes all data related to the establishment and can be easily accessed by scanning the QR code displayed on the left side of the commercial register certificate.

The commercial register certificate has been developed in conjunction with the implementation of the new commercial register system and its executive regulations. The most notable changes include: having a single commercial register for the establishment at the national level, encompassing all its activities, and the cancellation of the expiration date of the register after the introduction of the annual confirmation requirement "electronically" for the commercial register data instead of the renewal process.

The new format of the commercial register consists of only one page, and all its data can be accessed via the QR code. The most important data includes: the activities of the commercial register, the registration date in the register, the annual confirmation date, the approved address of the establishment, the list of directors, the capital value, and others. The commercial register in its new format is accepted by all government and private entities and banks based on the system and its executive regulations.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Commerce has provided an electronic service for violations of the commercial register system, allowing beneficiaries to report violations related to the commercial register system and its executive regulations.

The ministry appreciates the role of whistleblowers in enhancing compliance and values their initiatives that reflect integrity and national responsibility by submitting reports through its electronic channels without the need to visit the ministry's branches.
