أعلنت «تداول السعودية» أن إجازة عيد الأضحى ستبدأ اعتباراً من يوم الخميس 1446/12/9هـ (حسب تقويم أم القرى) الموافق 5 يونيو 2025.
وأشارت «تداول» في بيان على موقعها الإلكتروني، اليوم، أن التداول ينتهي بنهاية يوم الأربعاء 1446/12/8هـ (حسب تقويم أم القرى) الموافق 4 يونيو 2025.
وسيستأنف التداول في السوق السعودية بعد الإجازة يوم الأربعاء 1446/12/15هـ (حسب تقويم أم القرى) الموافق 11 يونيو 2025م.
وكانت الجمعية العامة العادية لمجموعة تداول السعودية القابضة قد وافقت في اجتماعها يوم الأربعاء 7 مايو 2025، على توصية مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2024، بإجمالي مبلغ 402 مليون ريال وذلك بواقع 3.35 ريال للسهم وبنسبة 33.5% من قيمة السهم الاسمية.

Saudi Exchange announced that the Eid al-Adha holiday will begin on Thursday, 9/12/1446 AH (according to the Umm al-Qura calendar), corresponding to June 5, 2025.
Saudi Exchange indicated in a statement on its website today that trading will end at the close of business on Wednesday, 8/12/1446 AH (according to the Umm al-Qura calendar), corresponding to June 4, 2025.
Trading in the Saudi market will resume after the holiday on Wednesday, 15/12/1446 AH (according to the Umm al-Qura calendar), corresponding to June 11, 2025.
The ordinary general assembly of the Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company approved in its meeting on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, the board of directors' recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, totaling 402 million riyals, at a rate of 3.35 riyals per share and representing 33.5% of the nominal value of the share.
