أكد وزير الاستثمار المهندس خالد الفالح أن المملكة تفضّل توظيف الكفاءات الوطنية من السعوديين والسعوديات بدلاً من استقطاب الأجانب، مشيراً إلى أن انطلاق رؤية السعودية 2030 فتح المجال بالكامل أمام أبناء وبنات الوطن، وأسهم في إحداث نقلة نوعية في بيئة العمل وتمكين السعوديين.
وقال الفالح في الجلسة الأولى من منتدى حائل للاستثمار 2025، الذي رعاه أمير منطقة حائل الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعد بن عبدالعزيز: «نحن لا نبحث عن استقطاب الأجانب بقدر ما نؤمن بإعطاء الأولوية للسعوديين والسعوديات، وما لمسناه منذ انطلاق الرؤية يؤكد أن السوق السعودي مليء بالكفاءات».
وأضاف: «رأينا تنافس السعوديات المتعلمات والمخلصات والمنتجات في المؤسسات التي يعملن بها، وقد تفوق عدد منهن في الأداء والابتكار على الشباب السعوديين، الذين يواجهون اليوم منافسة قوية من شقيقاتهم».
ويأتي حديث الفالح في سياق منتدى حائل للاستثمار، الذي يشكل منصة وطنية لتعزيز الاستثمارات وتنمية القطاعات الحيوية، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية 2030، خصوصاً في مجالات التوطين وتمكين المرأة السعودية، وتطوير بيئة العمل بكفاءات وطنية مؤهلة تقود مسيرة التحول الاقتصادي.
Minister of Investment Engineer Khalid Al-Falih confirmed that the Kingdom prefers to employ national talents from Saudi men and women instead of attracting foreigners, pointing out that the launch of Saudi Vision 2030 has fully opened the door for the sons and daughters of the nation and contributed to a qualitative shift in the work environment and the empowerment of Saudis.
Al-Falih said during the first session of the Hail Investment Forum 2025, which was sponsored by the Prince of Hail Region, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz: "We are not looking to attract foreigners as much as we believe in prioritizing Saudis. What we have observed since the launch of the vision confirms that the Saudi market is full of talents."
He added: "We have seen educated, dedicated, and productive Saudi women competing in the institutions where they work, and many of them have outperformed Saudi young men in performance and innovation, who today face strong competition from their sisters."
Al-Falih's remarks come in the context of the Hail Investment Forum, which serves as a national platform to enhance investments and develop vital sectors, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030, particularly in the areas of localization, empowering Saudi women, and developing the work environment with qualified national talents leading the economic transformation.
