وأوضح بيسنت في مقابلة مع «سي إن بي سي» اليوم أن المحادثات التي أجراها أمس مع نائب رئيس الوزراء الصيني «هي ليفنج» أسفرت عن اتفاق الجانبين على إنشاء حوار رسمي بشأن الذكاء الاصطناعي، يتضمن قناة اتصال مباشرة للتعامل مع حوادث السلامة المرتبطة بهذه التكنولوجيا.
بروتوكولات مشتركة
وأضاف أن واشنطن وبكين تعتزمان مناقشة بروتوكولات مشتركة لتحديد أبرز المخاطر التي قد يفرضها الذكاء الاصطناعي، بما في ذلك احتمال خروج الوكلاء عن السيطرة، أو استغلال جهات غير حكومية للأنظمة المتقدمة بشكل سيئ.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Pisent revealed that American and Chinese officials will hold a meeting in the Chinese city of Shenzhen in about two months to discuss the risks of artificial intelligence and establish communication protocols in the event of incidents related to the safety of new technology.

Pisent clarified in an interview with CNBC today that the talks he had yesterday with Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng resulted in an agreement between the two sides to establish an official dialogue on artificial intelligence, which includes a direct communication channel to address safety incidents related to this technology.
Joint Protocols
He added that Washington and Beijing intend to discuss joint protocols to identify the main risks that artificial intelligence may pose, including the possibility of agents going out of control or non-governmental entities misusing advanced systems.
