أكدت وزارة الداخلية أن المنشأة التي تشغل الوافدين المخالفين للأنظمة أو تترك عمالتها يعملون لحسابهم الخاص أو لدى غيرهم أو تستخدم عمال غيرها، ستطبق بحقها غرامة مالية تصل إلى 100,000 ريال، والمنع من الاستقدام مدة تصل إلى خمس سنوات والتشهير، والسجن للمدير المسؤول مدة تصل إلى سنة مع الترحيل إن كان وافداً، مضيفةً أن الغرامات تتعدد بتعدد الأشخاص.
الإبلاغ عن المخالفين
ودعت الوزارة إلى التقيد بأنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود والإبلاغ عن مخالفيها عبر الاتصال بالرقمين (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، و(999) في بقية مناطق المملكة.
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that any establishment employing expatriates who violate regulations, allowing their workers to operate independently or for others, or using workers from other establishments, will face a financial penalty of up to 100,000 riyals, a ban on recruitment for up to five years, public shaming, and imprisonment of the responsible manager for up to one year with deportation if they are an expatriate. The ministry added that penalties increase with the number of violators.
Reporting Violators
The ministry urged adherence to residence and labor regulations and border security, and to report violators by calling the numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom's regions.
