اقتربت الأصول المُدارة لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة من حاجز 3.4 تريليون ريال خلال عام 2025؛ وفق ما كشفه التقرير السنوي للصندوق، الذي أظهر أداءً ماليًا قويًا ونموًا مستمرًا في مختلف المؤشرات الرئيسة.
وبيّن التقرير أن إجمالي الأصول بلغ 3.39 تريليون ريال بنسبة نمو بلغت 2.9% مقارنة بعام 2024، فيما ارتفعت الإيرادات السنوية بنسبة 9% لتصل إلى 450 مليار ريال، بينما تضاعف صافي الربح متجاوزًا 65 مليار ريال، مدعومًا بنمو الشركات الناضجة ضمن محفظة الصندوق.
تعزيز الحضور العالمي
وأوضح التقرير أن قيمة الأصول المُدارة قاربت 3.4 تريليون ريال، مع تحقيق 5.8% إجمالي عائد للمساهمين على أساس سنوي منذ عام 2017، رغم تأثير التذبذب السلبي في قيم بعض الأصول نتيجة ظروف الأسواق العالمية، واستمرار الصندوق في ضخّ استثمارات طويلة الأمد داخل المملكة لدعم التحول الاقتصادي.
وخلال عام 2025، عزز الصندوق قدرته على الوصول إلى مصادر تمويل متنوعة، شملت إصدار أول سندات خضراء مقومة باليورو، وتأسيس برنامج للأوراق التجارية، ما أسهم في تعزيز مرونة التمويل القصير الأجل. كما حافظ الصندوق على تصنيفاته الائتمانية المرتفعة، إذ حصل على تصنيف Aa3 من وكالة موديز، وA+ من وكالة فيتش، وA-1 للائتمان القصير الأجل من ستاندرد آند بورز، وجميعها بنظرة مستقبلية مستقرة، بما يعكس قوة الملاءة المالية وثقة المستثمرين.
وفي إطار دوره في دفع التحول الاقتصادي، أطلق الصندوق خلال 2025 شركات جديدة ذات طابع استراتيجي، من بينها شركة هيوماين المتخصصة في تطوير تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وشركة إكسبو 2030 الرياض المعنية ببناء وتشغيل منشآت الحدث العالمي المرتقب. كما واصل الصندوق تعزيز مشاركة القطاع الخاص وتطوير المنظومات الاقتصادية ذات الأولوية، إذ بلغ إجمالي الاستثمارات المحلية خلال الفترة من 2021 إلى 2025 نحو 750 مليار ريال.
نمو الأداء المالي
وأكدت كبير الإداريين والأمين العام لمجلس إدارة الصندوق، مرام الجهني، أن الصندوق ساهم بما يعادل 11% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي غير النفطي خلال عام 2025، فيما بلغت مساهمته التراكمية في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي غير النفطي منذ 2021 نحو 1.286 تريليون ريال. وأضافت أن الصندوق عزز حضوره الدولي عبر افتتاح مكاتب جديدة لشركات تابعة في أوروبا وآسيا، ما أسهم في نمو الاستثمارات الدولية بنسبة 12%.
من جانبه، أوضح رئيس الإدارة العامة للمالية، ياسر السلمان، أن الصندوق حقق خلال 2025 نموًا بأكثر من الضعف في أرباحه الصافية، وحافظ على متانة مركزه المالي، مشيرًا إلى استمرار تعزيز الشراكات الدولية وتوقيع اتفاقيات مع مؤسسات عالمية؛ مثل جولدمان ساكس، وماكواري، ووكالة ائتمان الصادرات الإيطالية SACE.
كما شهد عام 2025 تقدمًا كبيرًا في التميز المؤسسي، إذ دمج الصندوق تقنيات البيانات المتقدمة والذكاء الاصطناعي في أعماله، وأطلق 100 تطبيق رقمي وفعّل 43 حلاً عالي التأثير، ما عزز الكفاءة التشغيلية والمرونة المؤسسية. وتصدر الصندوق قائمة العلامات التجارية الأعلى قيمة بين صناديق الثروة السيادية وفق تصنيف براند فاينانس، محافظًا على تصنيف A+ للعام الثاني على التوالي.
ومع اكتمال المرحلة الخمسية 2021–2025، ينتقل الصندوق إلى إستراتيجيته الجديدة 2026–2030، التي تركز على تطوير ست منظومات اقتصادية محلية متكاملة، وتعظيم العوائد طويلة الأجل، والاستثمار في فرص دولية مرتفعة العوائد، خصوصًا في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتحول في الطاقة، والتصنيع المتقدم، والرياضة والترفيه.
وفي جانب توزيع المحافظ الاستثمارية، كشف التقرير أن الاستثمارات المحلية تستحوذ على 76% من المحافظ، تليها الاستثمارات العالمية بنسبة 20%، فيما تشكل الخزينة 4% من إجمالي المحافظ، ما يعكس تركيز الصندوق على دعم الاقتصاد الوطني مع الحفاظ على حضور دولي متوازن.

The report indicated that the total assets reached 3.39 trillion riyals, with a growth rate of 2.9% compared to 2024, while annual revenues increased by 9% to reach 450 billion riyals, and net profit doubled to exceed 65 billion riyals, supported by the growth of mature companies within the fund's portfolio.
Enhancing Global Presence
The report clarified that the value of managed assets was close to 3.4 trillion riyals, achieving a total return of 5.8% for shareholders on an annual basis since 2017, despite the negative fluctuations in the values of some assets due to global market conditions, and the fund's continued investment in long-term projects within the Kingdom to support economic transformation.
During the year 2025, the fund enhanced its ability to access diverse funding sources, including the issuance of its first green bonds denominated in euros and the establishment of a commercial paper program, which contributed to strengthening short-term financing flexibility. The fund also maintained its high credit ratings, receiving an Aa3 rating from Moody's, an A+ from Fitch, and an A-1 for short-term credit from Standard & Poor's, all with a stable outlook, reflecting strong financial solvency and investor confidence.
In its role in driving economic transformation, the fund launched new strategically oriented companies in 2025, including Huamain, which specializes in developing artificial intelligence technologies, and Expo 2030 Riyadh, responsible for building and operating facilities for the anticipated global event. The fund also continued to enhance private sector participation and develop priority economic systems, with total local investments during the period from 2021 to 2025 amounting to approximately 750 billion riyals.
Growth in Financial Performance
The Chief Executive Officer and Secretary-General of the Fund's Board of Directors, Maram Al-Juhani, confirmed that the fund contributed approximately 11% of the non-oil GDP during the year 2025, while its cumulative contribution to the real non-oil GDP since 2021 reached about 1.286 trillion riyals. She added that the fund enhanced its international presence by opening new offices for its subsidiaries in Europe and Asia, which contributed to a 12% growth in international investments.
For his part, the Head of the General Finance Department, Yasser Al-Salman, explained that the fund achieved more than double growth in its net profits during 2025 and maintained the strength of its financial position, noting the continued strengthening of international partnerships and signing agreements with global institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Macquarie, and the Italian export credit agency SACE.
The year 2025 also witnessed significant progress in institutional excellence, as the fund integrated advanced data technologies and artificial intelligence into its operations, launched 100 digital applications, and activated 43 high-impact solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and institutional flexibility. The fund topped the list of the highest-value brands among sovereign wealth funds according to the Brand Finance ranking, maintaining an A+ rating for the second consecutive year.
With the completion of the five-year phase 2021–2025, the fund is transitioning to its new strategy for 2026–2030, which focuses on developing six integrated local economic systems, maximizing long-term returns, and investing in high-return international opportunities, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence, energy transition, advanced manufacturing, and sports and entertainment.
Regarding the distribution of investment portfolios, the report revealed that local investments account for 76% of the portfolios, followed by global investments at 20%, while the treasury constitutes 4% of the total portfolios, reflecting the fund's focus on supporting the national economy while maintaining a balanced international presence.
