قفزت أرباح أرامكو السعودية في الربع الثاني من عام 2026 بنسبة 41.9% لتصل إلى 121.51 مليار ريال سعودي (32.40 مليار دولار)، مقارنة بـ85.63 مليار ريال (22.84 مليار دولار) في الفترة نفسها من عام 2025؛ وذلك وفق النتائج المالية المعلنة (اليوم الثلاثاء).
وأوضحت الشركة أن هذا الارتفاع جاء نتيجة نمو الإيرادات والدخل الآخر المتعلق بالمبيعات، رغم الزيادة في تكاليف التشغيل وضرائب الدخل والزكاة الناتجة عن ارتفاع الدخل الخاضع للضريبة.
نمو صافي الدخل
بلغ صافي الدخل المعدل 125.20 مليار ريال (33.39 مليار دولار) خلال الربع الثاني، فيما بلغت قيمة التعديلات 2.60 مليار ريال (0.69 مليار دولار)، وتشمل تعديل تكلفة الاستبدال وخسائر الموجودات المعدّة للبيع وبنودًا متعلقة بتكاليف التمويل.
ارتفاع الإيرادات الفصلية
وسجلت الشركة إيرادات بلغت 450.77 مليار ريال (120.21 مليار دولار) مقارنة بـ378.83 مليار ريال (101.02 مليار دولار) في الربع الثاني من 2025، بزيادة 19%، مدفوعة بارتفاع أسعار المنتجات المكررة والكيميائية والنفط الخام، رغم انخفاض الكميات المباعة من هذه المنتجات.
تحسن ربعي مستمر
وعلى أساس ربعي، ارتفع صافي الدخل العائد إلى حقوق المساهمين بنسبة 1.15% مقارنة بالربع الأول من 2026 الذي سجل 120.13 مليار ريال (32.04 مليار دولار)، مما يعكس استمرار الزخم المالي والتشغيلي للشركة.
نتائج النصف الأول
وخلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري، ارتفع صافي الدخل بنسبة 33.27% ليصل إلى 241.64 مليار ريال (64.44 مليار دولار) مقارنة بـ181.31 مليار ريال (48.35 مليار دولار) في الفترة نفسها من 2025؛ نتيجة ارتفاع الإيرادات والدخل الآخر المتعلق بالمبيعات، رغم زيادة تكاليف التشغيل وضرائب الدخل والزكاة.
التدفقات النقدية
وبلغت التدفقات النقدية من أنشطة التشغيل 95.4 مليار ريال (25.4 مليار دولار) في الربع الثاني، و210.6 مليار ريال (56.2 مليار دولار) خلال النصف الأول. أما التدفقات النقدية الحرة فبلغت 46 مليار ريال (12.3 مليار دولار) في الربع الثاني، و115.9 مليار ريال (30.9 مليار دولار) في النصف الأول، مع تأثرها بزيادة رأس المال العامل بمقدار 51.1 مليار ريال (13.6 مليار دولار) خلال الربع الثاني.
Saudi Aramco's profits jumped by 41.9% in the second quarter of 2026, reaching 121.51 billion Saudi Riyals (32.40 billion USD), compared to 85.63 billion Riyals (22.84 billion USD) in the same period of 2025; according to the financial results announced (today, Tuesday).
The company explained that this increase was due to growth in revenues and other income related to sales, despite the rise in operating costs and income taxes and zakat resulting from the increase in taxable income.
Net Income Growth
The adjusted net income reached 125.20 billion Riyals (33.39 billion USD) during the second quarter, while the value of adjustments was 2.60 billion Riyals (0.69 billion USD), which includes adjustments for replacement costs, losses on assets held for sale, and items related to financing costs.
Quarterly Revenue Increase
The company recorded revenues of 450.77 billion Riyals (120.21 billion USD) compared to 378.83 billion Riyals (101.02 billion USD) in the second quarter of 2025, an increase of 19%, driven by rising prices of refined products, chemicals, and crude oil, despite a decrease in the quantities sold of these products.
Continuous Quarterly Improvement
On a quarterly basis, net income attributable to shareholders increased by 1.15% compared to the first quarter of 2026, which recorded 120.13 billion Riyals (32.04 billion USD), reflecting the continued financial and operational momentum of the company.
First Half Results
During the first half of the current year, net income rose by 33.27% to reach 241.64 billion Riyals (64.44 billion USD) compared to 181.31 billion Riyals (48.35 billion USD) in the same period of 2025; due to increased revenues and other income related to sales, despite rising operating costs and income taxes and zakat.
Cash Flows
Cash flows from operating activities amounted to 95.4 billion Riyals (25.4 billion USD) in the second quarter, and 210.6 billion Riyals (56.2 billion USD) during the first half. Free cash flows reached 46 billion Riyals (12.3 billion USD) in the second quarter, and 115.9 billion Riyals (30.9 billion USD) in the first half, affected by an increase in working capital by 51.1 billion Riyals (13.6 billion USD) during the second quarter.
