كرّمت شركة أسس العقار بحضور رئيس الهيئة العامة للعقار المهندس عبدالله بن سعود الحماد، ومدير عام المعهد العقاري السعودي الأستاذ عبدالقادر العبدالقادر، خريجي البرنامج التدريبي، المقام بالتعاون بين أسس والمعهد العقاري السعودي، وذلك خلال ملتقى الوساطة العقارية المقام في مركز الرياض الدولي للمؤتمرات والمعارض، والذي شاركت أسس في رعايته للعام الثاني على التوالي، تأكيدًا لالتزامها بدعم الوسطاء العقاريين، وتعزيز الشراكة مع الجهات المتخصصة، والإسهام في المبادرات التي ترتقي بالقطاع العقاري.
ويأتي هذا التكريم ضمن التعاون المستمر بين أسس والمعهد العقاري السعودي، حيث استضافت أسس البرنامج التدريبي في مركز مبيعاتها، في إطار الجهود المشتركة لدعم الوسطاء العقاريين وتعزيز المبادرات النوعية في القطاع العقاري.
وخلال الحفل، ألقى مدير عام المبيعات في أسس الأستاذ معاذ بن حمد المرزوقي كلمة أكد فيها أن الوسيط العقاري أصبح اليوم ركيزة أساسية في القطاع العقاري، وأن دوره لم يعد يقتصر على إتمام الصفقات، بل أصبح شريكًا في رفع كفاءة السوق، وتعزيز الثقة، وتحقيق قيمة مضافة للمستفيدين، مشيرًا إلى أن الوساطة العقارية أصبحت عنصرًا رئيسيًا في مسيرة نمو القطاع وتطوره.
وأوضح الأستاذ معاذ المرزوقي أن أسس واصلت منذ الملتقى السابق تعزيز شراكتها مع الوسطاء العقاريين، وحققت نتائج نوعية من خلال التعاون مع أكثر من 1,000 وسيط وشركة وساطة عقارية، وبيع وحجز أكثر من 280 وحدة عقارية، وتحقيق مبيعات تجاوزت 418 مليون ريال عبر الوسطاء العقاريين، إضافة إلى تسجيل نمو في مبيعات الوسطاء بنسبة 59% مقارنة بالفترة السابقة، مؤكدًا أن هذه النتائج تعكس نجاح الشراكة بين أسس والوسطاء العقاريين، والدور المحوري الذي يؤدونه في دعم نمو القطاع العقاري، وتعزيز كفاءة السوق العقاري واستدامته.

Asas Real Estate Company honored the graduates of the training program, held in collaboration with the Saudi Real Estate Institute, in the presence of the Chairman of the General Authority for Real Estate, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, and the General Director of the Saudi Real Estate Institute, Mr. Abdulqader Al-Abdulqader, during the Real Estate Mediation Forum held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. Asas participated in sponsoring this event for the second consecutive year, reaffirming its commitment to supporting real estate brokers, enhancing partnerships with specialized entities, and contributing to initiatives that elevate the real estate sector.

During the ceremony, the General Sales Manager at Asas, Mr. Muath bin Hamad Al-Marzouqi, delivered a speech in which he emphasized that the real estate broker has become a fundamental pillar in the real estate sector. His role is no longer limited to completing transactions but has evolved into a partnership that enhances market efficiency, builds trust, and adds value for beneficiaries, pointing out that real estate mediation has become a key element in the growth and development of the sector.
Mr. Muath Al-Marzouqi explained that Asas has continued since the previous forum to strengthen its partnership with real estate brokers, achieving qualitative results through collaboration with more than 1,000 brokers and real estate brokerage companies, selling and reserving over 280 real estate units, and achieving sales exceeding 418 million riyals through real estate brokers. Additionally, there has been a 59% growth in broker sales compared to the previous period, confirming that these results reflect the success of the partnership between Asas and real estate brokers, as well as the pivotal role they play in supporting the growth of the real estate sector and enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of the real estate market.
