أعلن وزير الطاقة السوري محمد البشير أن الازدحام الذي شهدته محطات الوقود خلال الفترة الماضية يعود إلى استبعاد شحنة بنزين غير مطابقة للمواصفات خلال الفترة التي سبقت تخفيض أسعار المحروقات وعدم طرحها في السوق، كما خفض عدد من المحطات الحصول على الإمدادات مع تداول معلومات عن قرب التخفيض تجنباً للخسائر، وأحجم كثير من المواطنين عن التعبئة انتظاراً للأسعار الجديدة.
وأوضح البشير أنه بعد صدور قرار الأسعار الجديدة للمحروقات ظهر الطلب المؤجل دفعة واحدة وارتفع بصورة غير مسبوقة، بالتزامن مع استغلال بعض المتاجرين بالأزمات لهذا الواقع.
تكثيف الرقابة
وقال وزير الطاقة: «محطات الوقود شهدت خلال الفترة الماضية اختناقات وازدحاماً كبيراً، واليوم تراجع الازدحام بشكل كبير، وعادت الحركة إلى طبيعتها في معظم المناطق».
وأكد أنه منذ اللحظة الأولى لهذا الازدحام ضاعفت الوزارة كميات التزويد، وسرّعت عمليات النقل والتوزيع، وكثفت الرقابة، إذ تم خلال الأسبوع الماضي تنظيم 179 ضبطاً، شملت مخالفات وإغلاق محطات ومستودعات ثبت تورطها.
وأضاف البشير: «إننا نعمل منذ البداية على حلول مستدامة في مقدمتها تطوير الإنتاج وزيادة قدرة المصافي وإعادة تأهيل المستودعات والخزانات، لكننا نعمل في بلد أنهكته 15 عاماً من الحرب، سبقها 50 عاماً من النهب، وورثنا بنية تحتية تحتاج إلى إعادة بناء».
زيادة الكميات
وكانت وزارة الطاقة السورية أعلنت انطلاق صهاريج توزيع 407 طلبيات من البنزين و639 طلبية من المازوت، باتجاه محطات الوقود في جميع المحافظات السورية، وأن الكميات الإجمالية لهذه الصهاريج تبلغ 9.8 مليون لتر من البنزين، و15.3 مليون لتر من المازوت، بإجمالي يتجاوز 25 مليون لتر من المادتين.
وأكدت الوزارة أنها عملت منذ بداية الازدحام على محطات الوقود، بالتنسيق مع الشركات والمؤسسات المعنية بقطاع المحروقات، على زيادة كميات التزويد وتسريع عمليات النقل والتوزيع وتكثيفها، ما أسهم في انخفاض الازدحام بشكل كبير وعودة الحركة إلى طبيعتها في معظم المناطق مع استمرار عمليات التزويد والتوزيع.
The Syrian Minister of Energy, Mohammad Al-Bashir, announced that the congestion witnessed at fuel stations during the past period is due to the exclusion of a shipment of gasoline that did not meet specifications during the period preceding the reduction of fuel prices and its non-release in the market. Additionally, several stations reduced their supply intake amid circulating information about an impending price reduction to avoid losses, and many citizens refrained from filling up in anticipation of the new prices.
Al-Bashir explained that after the announcement of the new fuel prices, the delayed demand surged all at once and increased in an unprecedented manner, coinciding with some traders exploiting this reality.
Intensifying Oversight
The Minister of Energy stated: "Fuel stations have experienced significant congestion and overcrowding during the past period, but today the congestion has greatly decreased, and normal activity has returned in most areas."
He confirmed that from the very first moment of this congestion, the ministry doubled the supply quantities, expedited transportation and distribution operations, and intensified oversight, with 179 violations organized last week, including violations and the closure of stations and warehouses found to be involved.
Al-Bashir added: "We have been working from the beginning on sustainable solutions, primarily focusing on developing production, increasing refinery capacity, and rehabilitating warehouses and tanks. However, we are working in a country that has been exhausted by 15 years of war, preceded by 50 years of plunder, and we inherited an infrastructure that needs to be rebuilt."
Increasing Quantities
The Syrian Ministry of Energy announced the launch of tankers distributing 407 orders of gasoline and 639 orders of diesel, heading to fuel stations in all Syrian provinces, with the total quantities of these tankers amounting to 9.8 million liters of gasoline and 15.3 million liters of diesel, totaling over 25 million liters of both materials.
The ministry confirmed that since the beginning of the congestion at fuel stations, in coordination with the companies and institutions concerned with the fuel sector, it has worked to increase supply quantities, accelerate and intensify transportation and distribution operations, which contributed to significantly reducing congestion and restoring normal activity in most areas while continuing supply and distribution operations.
