كشفت بيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء في السعودية اليوم تسجيل الرقم القياسي لأسعار المستهلك (معدل التضخم) في المملكة ارتفاعاً على أساس سنوي نسبته 1.7% خلال أبريل 2026، مقارنة بنظيره من العام السابق.
وتباطأ التضخم في أبريل الماضي ليسجل أدنى مستوى في نحو 15 شهراً، وذلك مقارنة بنسبة 1.8% في مارس الماضي.
أساس سنوي
وأرجعت الهيئة ارتفاع معدل التضخم 1.7% على أساس سنوي بشكل رئيسي إلى ارتفاع أسعار السكن والمياه والكهرباء والغاز وأنواع الوقود الأخرى بنسبة 3.8%، وأسعار النقل بنسبة 1%، وأسعار المطاعم وخدمات الإقامة بنسبة 1%.
وجاء ارتفاع أسعار قسم السكن والمياه والكهرباء والغاز وأنواع الوقود الأخرى نتيجة لارتفاع أسعار مجموعة الإيجارات الفعلية للسكن بنسبة 4.8%.
وفي السياق ذاته، ارتفعت أسعار قسم النقل بنسبة 1% متأثرة بارتفاع أسعار خدمات نقل الركاب بنسبة 5.2%، كما ارتفعت أسعار قسم المطاعم وخدمات الإقامة بنسبة 1% مدفوعة بارتفاع أسعار خدمات الإقامة بنسبة 2%.
وسجل قسم العناية الشخصية والحماية الاجتماعية والسلع الأخرى ارتفاعاً بنسبة 6.3%.
شهر أبريل
وسجل مؤشر أسعار المستهلك في شهر أبريل 2026 ارتفاعاً بنسبة 0.2% مقارنة بشهر مارس 2026، حيث ارتفعت أسعار قسم الأغذية بنسبة 0.9%.
كما ارتفعت أسعار كل من قسم السكن والمياه والكهرباء والغاز وأنواع الوقود الأخرى بنسبة 0.3%، وقسم الصحة بنسبة 0.2%.
The General Authority for Statistics in Saudi Arabia revealed today that the Consumer Price Index (inflation rate) in the Kingdom recorded an annual increase of 1.7% during April 2026, compared to the same month of the previous year.
Inflation slowed in April to record its lowest level in nearly 15 months, compared to a rate of 1.8% in March.
Annual Basis
The Authority attributed the annual inflation rate of 1.7% mainly to the increase in prices of housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels by 3.8%, transportation prices by 1%, and restaurant and accommodation services by 1%.
The rise in prices in the housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels category was due to an increase in actual rental prices by 4.8%.
In the same context, transportation prices increased by 1%, influenced by a 5.2% rise in passenger transport services, while restaurant and accommodation services prices rose by 1%, driven by a 2% increase in accommodation service prices.
The personal care, social protection, and other goods category recorded an increase of 6.3%.
Month of April
The Consumer Price Index in April 2026 recorded an increase of 0.2% compared to March 2026, with food prices rising by 0.9%.
Prices in the housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels category also rose by 0.3%, and health prices increased by 0.2%.
