كشفت NHC عن اكتمال تسكين أربع مناطق سكنية بالكامل ضمن وجهة «خيالا» بمحافظة جدة، وتشمل مشاريع التسكين: دار سمو، المهندية، سما جدة، وجاردن فيو؛ في خطوة تعكس سرعة الإنجاز وثقة العملاء بما تقدمه من جودة في التصميم والتنفيذ.
وأعلنت الشركة بدء تسكين المنطقة الخامسة «مشروع ميلاء» بتسليم 150 وحدة سكنية للعملاء، بالإضافة إلى 150 وحدة سكنية أخرى جاهزة ويجري حاليًا التنسيق لتسليمها، إذ بلغت نسبة إنجاز البنية الفوقية 93%. وتأتي هذه الخطوة لتؤكد التزام الشركة بالإنجاز السريع والكفاءة العالية، مع الالتزام بتلبية تطلعات العملاء وتطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة تعزز جودة الحياة.
فيما حققت البنية التحتية تقدمًا مميزًا بنسبة 98%، وتم الانتهاء من تنفيذ جميع الشبكات التي تشمل: الخدمات البيئية، المياه، الري، الكهرباء، والزراعة؛ بما يضمن تقديم منتج متكامل بمواصفات متميزة تلبي احتياجات السكان.
كما أعلنت NHC عن الانتهاء من تنفيذ جميع حدائق الوجهة البالغ عددها 5 حدائق؛ مما يعزز من الطابع الحيوي للوجهة ويوفر مساحات خضراء متكاملة تدعم أسلوب حياة صحيًا ومستدامًا للسكان.
يُذكر أن وجهة «خيالا» تعد إحدى أبرز الوجهات العمرانية التي تطورها الشركة في منطقة مكة المكرمة، ضمن مستهدفاتها لرفع جودة الحياة وتوفير مجتمعات متكاملة؛ إذ تمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 1.5 مليون متر مربع، وتضم أكثر من 3,600 وحدة سكنية بتصاميم عصرية. كما تتميز بموقع إستراتيجي يربطها بأهم معالم مدينة جدة وطرقها الرئيسية، إلى جانب تكامل المرافق الأساسية والخدمية، وانتشار الحدائق والمتنزهات التي تضفي على الوجهة طابعًا حيويًا متجددًا.
NHC has announced the completion of the full settlement of four residential areas within the "Khayala" destination in Jeddah, which include the settlement projects: Dar Sumo, Al-Muhandiyah, Sama Jeddah, and Garden View; in a move that reflects the speed of achievement and customer confidence in the quality of design and execution it offers.
The company also announced the start of settling the fifth area, "Mila Project," by delivering 150 residential units to customers, in addition to another 150 residential units that are ready and currently being coordinated for delivery, with the superstructure completion rate reaching 93%. This step reaffirms the company's commitment to rapid achievement and high efficiency, while adhering to meeting customer aspirations and developing integrated urban destinations that enhance quality of life.
Meanwhile, the infrastructure has made remarkable progress with a completion rate of 98%, and all networks have been completed, including: environmental services, water, irrigation, electricity, and agriculture; ensuring the provision of a comprehensive product with outstanding specifications that meet the needs of residents.
NHC also announced the completion of all five gardens in the destination; enhancing the vibrant character of the destination and providing integrated green spaces that support a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for residents.
It is worth noting that the "Khayala" destination is one of the most prominent urban destinations being developed by the company in the Makkah region, as part of its objectives to enhance quality of life and provide integrated communities; it spans an area of over 1.5 million square meters and includes more than 3,600 residential units with modern designs. It also features a strategic location connecting it to the main landmarks and roads of Jeddah, along with the integration of essential and service facilities, and the spread of parks and recreational areas that give the destination a renewed vibrant character.
