قدمت الهيئة العامة للتجارة الخارجية ممثلة في وكالة المعالجات التجارية جلسة استماع للأطراف المعنية المتعاونة في تحقيق مكافحة الإغراق ضد الواردات من منتج مواسير وأنابيب مجوفة من حديد صلب (أنابيب حديد الدكتايل) بأقطار من 100 ملم إلى 1000 ملم ذات منشأ أو المصدرة من جمهورية الهند.
وتأتي جلسة الاستماع التي عقدتها الهيئة، بعد إعلان بدء التحقيق في شهر يوليو الماضي، إذ تُعد الجلسة إحدى مراحل التحقيقات في نظام المعالجات التجارية السعودي في التجارة الدولية، التي تتيح فيها الهيئة الفرصة لجميع الأطراف المعنية المشاركة في التحقيق من عرض مرئياتهم وتقديم حججهم أمام جهة التحقيق والاطلاع على مرئيات وآراء الأطراف المعنية الأخرى بالتحقيق ومناقشة الآراء المختلفة.
ويعد هذا التحقيق الخامس منذ بدء العمل في نظام المعالجات التجارية في التجارة الدولية الذي يهدف إلى حماية الصناعة المحلية من الضرر الناتج عن الواردات المُغرِقة والمدعومة، والوقاية من الزيادة في الواردات، والدفاع عن صادرات المملكة التي تتعرض لإجراءات المعالجات التجارية.
The General Authority for Foreign Trade, represented by the Trade Remedies Agency, held a hearing for the cooperating stakeholders involved in the anti-dumping investigation against imports of hollow steel pipes and tubes (ductile iron pipes) with diameters ranging from 100 mm to 1000 mm originating from or exported from the Republic of India.
The hearing conducted by the authority comes after the announcement of the commencement of the investigation last July. This session is one of the stages of investigations in the Saudi trade remedies system in international trade, which allows the authority to provide an opportunity for all concerned parties to participate in the investigation by presenting their views and arguments before the investigating body and reviewing the views and opinions of other stakeholders in the investigation and discussing different opinions.
This is the fifth investigation since the implementation of the trade remedies system in international trade, which aims to protect the local industry from harm caused by dumped and subsidized imports, prevent the increase in imports, and defend the Kingdom's exports that are subject to trade remedy measures.
