كشفت وزارة المالية عن النتائج الفعلية لأداء ميزانية الدولة لعام 2025، إذ كشفت إن إجمالي إيرادات الدولة بلغت 1.11 تريليون ريال، فيما بلغت المصروفات نحو 1.389 تريليون ريال، وبلغ العجز 276.61 مليار ريال.
وأظهر التقرير أن إجمالي الإيرادات النفطية بلغت 606.54 مليار ريال، تعادل 54.55% من إجمالي الإيرادات، فيما بلغت الإيرادات غير النفطية نحو 505.82 مليار ريال، تعادل 45.45% من إجمالي الإيرادات، وارتفعت الإيرادات غير النفطية بنسبة 1% مقارنة بعام 2024.
عدد من القطاعات
وكشفت وازرة المالية عن المصروفات الفعلية لعدد من القطاعات، إذ بلغت مصروفات «تعويضات العاملين» نحو 574.53 مليار ريال، فيما بلغ مصروفات «استخدام السلع والخدمات» 316,34 مليار ريال، و54.47 مليار ريال لنفقات التمويل، أما الإعانات فبلغت 35.91 مليار ريال، والمنح 5.19 مليار ريال، وبلغت مصروفات المنافع الاجتماعية 99.32 مليار ريال، أما المصروفات الأخرى فقيمتها 134.16 مليار ريال، وبلغت قيمة المصروفات غير المالية (رأسمالي) 168.51 مليار ريال.
وفيما يختص بميزانية الربع الرابع، فقد بلغت الإيرادات نحو 276.74 مليار ريال، والمصروفات 371.59 مليار ريال، بعجز قيمته 94.85 مليار ريال.
وكانت 44% من الإيرادات غير نفطية في الربع الرابع بقيمة 122.56 مليار ريال، أما الإيرادات النفطية فبلغت 154.19 مليار ريال.
The Ministry of Finance revealed the actual results of the state budget performance for the year 2025, indicating that the total state revenues reached 1.11 trillion riyals, while expenditures amounted to approximately 1.389 trillion riyals, resulting in a deficit of 276.61 billion riyals.
The report showed that total oil revenues amounted to 606.54 billion riyals, accounting for 54.55% of total revenues, while non-oil revenues reached approximately 505.82 billion riyals, representing 45.45% of total revenues. Non-oil revenues increased by 1% compared to the year 2024.
Several Sectors
The Ministry of Finance disclosed the actual expenditures for several sectors, with expenditures for "employee compensation" amounting to approximately 574.53 billion riyals, while expenditures for "goods and services" reached 316.34 billion riyals, and 54.47 billion riyals for financing expenses. Subsidies amounted to 35.91 billion riyals, and grants totaled 5.19 billion riyals. Expenditures for social benefits were 99.32 billion riyals, while other expenditures were valued at 134.16 billion riyals, and the value of non-financial expenditures (capital) was 168.51 billion riyals.
Regarding the budget for the fourth quarter, revenues amounted to approximately 276.74 billion riyals, and expenditures were 371.59 billion riyals, resulting in a deficit of 94.85 billion riyals.
Of the revenues in the fourth quarter, 44% were non-oil, amounting to 122.56 billion riyals, while oil revenues reached 154.19 billion riyals.
