أكد وزير النقل والخدمات اللوجستية صالح الجاسر، توفر 16 فرصة استثمارية في قطاع النقل والخدمات اللوجستية أمام القطاع الخاص، في إطار تعزيز الشراكة مع المنظومة.
وأوضح الجاسر، خلال مشاركته في النسخة الرابعة من منتدى صندوق الاستثمارات العامة والقطاع الخاص، أن إجمالي استثمارات القطاع الخاص في منظومة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية تجاوز 250 مليار ريال، منها 25 مليار ريال تم استقطابها عبر مشاريع التخصيص، مشيراً إلى إقفال عدد من مشاريع التخصيص بهذه القيمة من استثمارات القطاع الخاص.
وأشار إلى أن المؤشرات الدولية تؤكد نجاح الخطوات التي اتخذتها المملكة لتعزيز قطاع النقل والخدمات اللوجستية، مبيناً أن المنظومة تمثل قطاعاً اقتصادياً حيوياً يقدم خدمات متقدمة، ويمتلك بنية تحتية جاذبة للاستثمار ومولدة للوظائف.
وأضاف أن منظومة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية تُعد قطاعاً ممكِّناً لمختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، من بينها الصناعة، والتعدين، والسياحة، والحج والعمرة، والتجارة، وجودة الحياة، وغيرها من المقومات الاقتصادية والتنموية.
ونبّه أن الوزارة عملت على حوكمة العلاقة مع القطاع الخاص وتنظيم آليات التواصل من خلال إنشاء مجلس الشراكة اللوجستية، الذي يعقد اجتماعات دورية بمشاركة الجهات ذات العلاقة، ويتم من خلاله تبادل الآراء، وتقديم التغذية الراجعة حول الأنظمة والتشريعات والمستجدات، وبحث سبل التعاون لرفع كفاءة وتنافسية القطاع.
The Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Saleh Al-Jasser, confirmed the availability of 16 investment opportunities in the transport and logistics sector for the private sector, as part of enhancing the partnership with the system.
Al-Jasser explained, during his participation in the fourth edition of the Public Investment Fund and Private Sector Forum, that the total investments of the private sector in the transport and logistics system exceeded 250 billion riyals, of which 25 billion riyals were attracted through privatization projects, noting the closure of several privatization projects with this amount of private sector investments.
He pointed out that international indicators confirm the success of the steps taken by the Kingdom to enhance the transport and logistics sector, indicating that the system represents a vital economic sector that provides advanced services and has an attractive infrastructure for investment and job creation.
He added that the transport and logistics system is an enabling sector for various economic and social sectors, including industry, mining, tourism, Hajj and Umrah, trade, quality of life, and other economic and developmental components.
He warned that the ministry has worked on governing the relationship with the private sector and organizing communication mechanisms by establishing the Logistics Partnership Council, which holds periodic meetings with the relevant parties, through which opinions are exchanged, feedback on systems, regulations, and developments is provided, and ways to cooperate to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the sector are discussed.
