وبالمقارنة مع الجيل السابق، ارتفعت مقاومة الصدمات بنسبة 20%، كما تضاعفت مقاومة الانحناء بنسبة 100%، ما يجعل الشاشة شديدة المتانة وقادرة على تحمّل الطي والصدمات بكفاءة عالية.
إضافة إلى ذلك، يتمتع الجهاز بتصنيف IP58 وIP59 لمقاومة الغبار والماء، ما يضمن اعتمادية عالية في البيئات ذات درجات الحرارة المرتفعة، وحتى عند التعرض المباشر لأشعة الشمس لفترات طويلة في المناخات الصحراوية. كما صُمّم ليقدم أداءً موثوقًا أثناء الأنشطة الخارجية وفي البيئات المليئة بالغبار.
ويضم Mate X7 بطارية سيليكون-كربون بسعة كبيرة تبلغ 5600 مللي أمبير في الساعة، تكفي ليوم كامل من الاستخدام بشحنة واحدة. كما يدعم الشحن السريع بقدرة 66 واط عبر السلك و50 واط لاسلكيًا، ما يتيح إعادة شحن البطارية في وقت قياسي. ولضمان أداء مستقر ومستدام حتى مع الاستخدام المكثف والأحمال العالية، تم تزويد الهاتف بنظام تبريد SuperCool متطور يعتمد على غرفة بخار كبيرة وتقنية الغرافين لتبديد الحرارة بكفاءة عالية.

The Camera
Let’s be clear, the primary goal of a foldable phone is not the camera. However, cameras are often considered the weak link in most of this category of phones. For this reason, the advanced imaging system in the Mate X7 deserves special attention, as it sets a new standard for foldable phone photography.
The True-to-Colour camera captures colors exactly as the eye sees them, whether in vibrant party atmospheres or warm sunset hues, while faithfully maintaining the original color accuracy. The main camera features a super-sized sensor and a physical variable aperture with ten stops, enhancing light sensitivity by 32% and allowing for bright 3D portrait shots even in low-light conditions.
The phone also boasts the largest aperture for a telephoto lens in a foldable phone, increasing the amount of incoming light by 86%. The x3.5 optical zoom lens provides exceptional capability to capture distant architectural details with striking clarity. No matter the scene or subject, photos always appear at their best.
On the video front, imaging enhancements enable the recording of professional-grade k4 clips, with realistic colors and rich details. The high dynamic range has seen a significant leap, improving by 21 times compared to the previous generation, reaching an impressive dynamic range of EV17.5, a level that surpasses many professional cinema cameras. This achievement has been made possible by integrating the True-to-Colour camera with the second-generation LOFIC sensor.
Durability and Performance
Both the outer and inner screens of the Mate X7 feature enhanced protection levels. For the outer screen, Ultra Durable Armour Kunlun Glass achieves a significant leap in wear and drop resistance. The inner screen comes with a first-of-its-kind three-layer composite structure, featuring a protective layer with a non-Newtonian fluid, a super-thin shock-resistant glass layer, along with a carbon fiber support layer. Thus, Huawei has successfully overcome the main challenges facing foldable screens, such as potential fragility, the appearance of wrinkles, and performance degradation over time.
Compared to the previous generation, shock resistance has increased by 20%, while bend resistance has doubled by 100%, making the screen extremely durable and capable of withstanding folding and impacts efficiently.
Additionally, the device has an IP58 and IP59 rating for dust and water resistance, ensuring high reliability in high-temperature environments, even when exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods in desert climates. It is also designed to deliver reliable performance during outdoor activities and in dusty environments.
The Mate X7 features a large 5600mAh silicon-carbon battery, sufficient for a full day of use on a single charge. It supports fast charging at 66 watts via cable and 50 watts wirelessly, allowing for rapid battery recharging. To ensure stable and sustainable performance even with intensive use and high loads, the phone is equipped with an advanced SuperCool cooling system that relies on a large vapor chamber and graphene technology for efficient heat dissipation.
An Unmatched Large Screen Experience
The device comes with a 6.49-inch LTPO outer screen with a resolution of 2444 × 1080, along with an 8-inch inner screen with an ultra-high resolution of 2416 × 2210, allowing both screens to work in perfect harmony and provide an astonishing level of detail.
