بناءً على ما ورد من وزارة الطاقة بشأن احتياجات السوق المحلية، أعلنت أرامكو السعودية البدء بطرح منتج بنزين (98)، وستبدأ الشركة بتوفير المنتج خلال شهر يناير 2026م، وذلك لتقديم خيارات وقود متعددة للمستهلكين، وتنويع منتجاتها، دون التأثير على أي من المنتجات الحالية في السوق، إذ سيُطرح المنتج -كمرحلة أولى- في المدن التالية: الرياض، جدة، حاضرة الدمام، والطرق الرابطة بينها، نظراً إلى أن معظم المركبات التي تتطلب هذا النوع من الوقود توجد في تلك المدن، وستتم دراسة حاجة التوسع لتوفير المنتج بعد مراجعة مستويات الطلب عليه.
وأكدت الشركة أن المنتج يلبي رغبات المستهلكين من مستخدمي المركبات الرياضية والمحركات ذات الأداء العالي، التي تتطلب رقم أوكتان مرتفعاً.
وبيّنت الشركة أن سعر منتج بنزين (98) سيكون متاحاً عبر موقعها الإلكتروني في صفحة بيع الوقود بالتجزئة بالتزامن مع إطلاق المنتج في السوق المحلية خلال شهر يناير 2026م، كما ستتم مراجعة السعر بشكل دوري وفقاً لإجراءات حوكمة تعديل أسعار منتجات الطاقة والمياه.
Based on the information received from the Ministry of Energy regarding the needs of the local market, Saudi Aramco has announced the launch of a gasoline product (98), and the company will begin providing the product in January 2026, in order to offer multiple fuel options to consumers and diversify its products, without affecting any of the existing products in the market. The product will be launched - as a first phase - in the following cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, the Dammam metropolitan area, and the connecting roads between them, as most vehicles requiring this type of fuel are located in those cities. The need for expansion to provide the product will be studied after reviewing the levels of demand for it.
The company confirmed that the product meets the desires of consumers using sports vehicles and high-performance engines, which require a high octane number.
The company indicated that the price of the gasoline product (98) will be available on its website in the retail fuel sales page concurrently with the launch of the product in the local market in January 2026, and the price will be reviewed periodically in accordance with the governance procedures for adjusting energy and water product prices.
