أوضح الأكاديمي القانوني الدكتور حسن رديف، أن مشاركة لاعب نادي العلا «ماتيا ناستاسيتش» غير صحيحة لعدم أهليته، وأن قرار لجنة الاستئناف وقع على صحيح اللائحة، ولا يمكن لنادي العلا الاحتجاج بخطأ حكم المباراة عند تدوين اسم اللاعب الحاصل على الإنذار في تقريره، حيث إن تقرير المباراة يسلم للأندية بعد المباراة وفقاً للفقرة 2 من المادة 36 من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق.
الجدير ذكره أن مسؤولية احتساب الإنذارات أثناء المباراة تقع أيضاً على نادي العلا وفقاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 36 من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق، عليه كان يجب على نادي العلا طلب تصحيح هذا الخطأ من قبل حكم المباراة لا الاحتجاج به في صحة أهلية مشاركة اللاعب، وعليه فقرار لجنة الاستئناف كان صحيحاً نظاماً.
The legal academic Dr. Hassan Radeef clarified that the participation of Al-Ula Club player "Matija Nastasic" is incorrect due to his ineligibility, and that the Appeals Committee's decision was based on the correct regulations. Al-Ula Club cannot contest the referee's error in recording the name of the player who received the warning in his report, as the match report is handed over to the clubs after the match in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 36 of the Disciplinary and Ethical Regulations.
It is worth mentioning that the responsibility for counting warnings during the match also falls on Al-Ula Club according to paragraph 3 of Article 36 of the Disciplinary and Ethical Regulations. Therefore, Al-Ula Club should have requested the referee to correct this error rather than contesting the validity of the player's eligibility to participate. Thus, the Appeals Committee's decision was correct in terms of regulations.
