أظهرت نتائج إحصاءات التخزين والخدمات اللوجستية لعام 2024 ارتفاع عدد المراكز اللوجستية المفعَّلة في المملكة إلى (23) مركزًا بمساحة إجمالية بلغت (34.6) مليون متر مربع مقارنة بـ(22) مركزًا في عام 2023، وسجّلت منطقة مكة المكرمة أعلى مساحة بواقع (20.4) مليون متر مربع موزعة على ستة مراكز.
وبلغ إجمالي عدد المستودعات التجارية المرخصة (12,234) مستودعًا بمساحة تجاوزت (22) مليون متر مربع، فيما بلغ عدد المستودعات الإنشائية (1,189) مستودعًا بمساحة بلغت (7.5) مليون متر مربع.
وأظهرت البيانات أن كمية الشحن عبر النقل البحري بلغت (331.3) مليون طن، مقابل (25.7) مليون طن عبر المنافذ البرية، و(15.6) مليون طن عبر السكك الحديدية، و(1.2) مليون طن عبر النقل الجوي.
من جهة أخرى، أشارت نتائج إحصاءات التخزين والخدمات اللوجستية لعام 2024 إلى أن عدد الطلبات المنفَّذة تجاوز (290) مليون طلب بارتفاع نسبته (27.2%)، وانخفض متوسط مدة التوصيل من (45) إلى (35) دقيقة، وارتفع عدد السائقين السعوديين النشطين في هذا المجال إلى (140) ألف سائق وغير السعوديين إلى (302) ألف سائق.
وعلى صعيد آخر، شهد نشاط التخليص الجمركي ارتفاعًا في التراخيص السارية، وبلغ عددها في المنافذ البحرية (1,179) رخصة، وفي المنافذ البرية (465) رخصة، وفي المنافذ الجوية (722) رخصة بنهاية عام 2024.
يذكر أن إحصاءات التخزين والخدمات اللوجستية تستند إلى السجلات الإدارية لعدد من الجهات الحكومية والخاصة، وهي نشرة سنوية يجري من خلالها توفير إحصاءات ومؤشرات عن قطاع التخزين والخدمات اللوجستية، وتُستخدم هذه النشرة في أغراض المقارنة المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، وإجراء الدراسات والبحوث في مجال التخزين والخدمات اللوجستية.
The results of the storage and logistics statistics for 2024 showed an increase in the number of activated logistics centers in the Kingdom to (23) centers with a total area of (34.6) million square meters compared to (22) centers in 2023. The Makkah region recorded the highest area at (20.4) million square meters distributed across six centers.
The total number of licensed commercial warehouses reached (12,234) warehouses with an area exceeding (22) million square meters, while the number of construction warehouses was (1,189) warehouses with an area of (7.5) million square meters.
The data showed that the volume of shipping via maritime transport reached (331.3) million tons, compared to (25.7) million tons through land ports, (15.6) million tons via railways, and (1.2) million tons through air transport.
On another note, the results of the storage and logistics statistics for 2024 indicated that the number of executed orders exceeded (290) million orders, an increase of (27.2%). The average delivery time decreased from (45) to (35) minutes, and the number of active Saudi drivers in this field rose to (140) thousand drivers, while the number of non-Saudis reached (302) thousand drivers.
Additionally, customs clearance activity witnessed an increase in valid licenses, with the number of licenses at maritime ports reaching (1,179), at land ports (465), and at air ports (722) by the end of 2024.
