أعلنت وزارة الداخلية الأمريكية أنّ السيّاح الدوليّين الذين يزورون المنتزهات الوطنية الشهيرة في الولايات المتحدة العام القادم، سيتعيّن عليهم دفع رسوم إضافية وسيواجهون ارتفاعا في أسعار بطاقات المرور السنوية.
وفي بيان يشيد بـ«هيكل الرسوم الجديد الذي يركّز على المقيمين ويضع العائلات الأمريكية أولًا»، أفادت الوزارة أنه اعتبارًا من الأول من شهر يناير لعام 2026، ستبلغ تكلفة البطاقة السنوية لغير المقيمين في الولايات المتحدة 250 دولارًا، أي أكثر من 3 أضعاف السعر القياسي البالغ 80 دولارًا الذي سيستمر المواطنون الأمريكيون بدفعه.
وأضاف البيان أنّ السيّاح الأجانب الذين لا يشترون البطاقة سيدفعون رسومًا قدرها 100 دولار للشخص الواحد، بالإضافة إلى رسوم الدخول القياسية، بغية دخول 11 من أكثر المنتزهات الوطنية زيارة، ضمنًا «غراند كانيون»، و«روكي ماونتن»، و«يلوستون».
وتشترك الوزارة في إدارة سلسلة بطاقات «America the Beautiful» (أمريكا الجميلة) وتتحكّم في نسبة أكثر من 70 % من جميع الأراضي العامة الفيدرالية.
وأفاد وزير الداخلية دوغ بورغوم في البيان: «تضمن هذه السياسات أن يتمكّن دافعو الضرائب الأمريكيون، الذين يدعمون بالفعل نظام المنتزهات الوطنية، من مواصلة الاستمتاع بدخول ميسور التكلفة، بينما يساهم الزوار الدوليون بنصيبهم العادل في الحفاظ على منتزهاتنا وتحسينها للأجيال التالية».
The U.S. Department of the Interior announced that international tourists visiting the famous national parks in the United States next year will be required to pay additional fees and will face an increase in annual pass prices.
In a statement praising the "new fee structure that focuses on residents and prioritizes American families," the department reported that starting January 1, 2026, the cost of the annual pass for non-residents of the United States will be $250, which is more than three times the standard price of $80 that American citizens will continue to pay.
The statement added that foreign tourists who do not purchase the pass will pay a fee of $100 per person, in addition to the standard entrance fees, to enter 11 of the most visited national parks, including the Grand Canyon, Rocky Mountain, and Yellowstone.
The department manages the "America the Beautiful" pass series and controls over 70% of all federal public lands.
Interior Secretary Doug Burgum stated in the announcement: "These policies ensure that American taxpayers, who are already supporting the national park system, can continue to enjoy affordable access, while international visitors contribute their fair share to the preservation and enhancement of our parks for future generations."
