أعلنت الصين إعفاء بعض الرقائق لشركة هولندية من حظر التصدير المفروض على خلفية نزاع مع السلطات الهولندية، وهو القرار الذي أثار قلق الشركات الأوروبية وسط مخاوف من تفاقم أزمة نقص أشباه الموصلات.
وقال متحدث باسم وزارة التجارة الصينية في بيان، دون تقديم تفاصيل: «سندرس بشكل شامل الوضع الفعلي للشركات وسنمنح إعفاءات للصادرات التي تستوفي المعايير»، بحسب «فرانس برس».
وألقت بكين باللوم على «تدخل الحكومة الهولندية غير اللائق في الشؤون الداخلية للشركات»، ووصفته بأنه أدى إلى «الفوضى الحالية في سلسلة الإمداد العالمية».
وذكرت صحيفة «وول ستريت جورنال»، نقلاً عن مصادر لم تسمها، أن استئناف شحن بعض رقائق «نكسبريا» كان جزءاً من صفقة تجارية تم الاتفاق عليها بين الرئيس الصيني «شي جين بينج» ونظيره الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بعد محادثات جرت في كوريا الجنوبية.
China announced the exemption of certain chips for a Dutch company from the export ban imposed amid a dispute with Dutch authorities, a decision that has raised concerns among European companies amid fears of worsening the semiconductor shortage crisis.
A spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Commerce stated in a statement, without providing details: "We will comprehensively study the actual situation of the companies and will grant exemptions for exports that meet the criteria," according to "France Press."
Beijing blamed "the inappropriate interference of the Dutch government in the internal affairs of companies," describing it as having led to "the current chaos in the global supply chain."
The Wall Street Journal reported, citing unnamed sources, that the resumption of shipments of certain "Nexperia" chips was part of a trade deal agreed upon between Chinese President "Xi Jinping" and his American counterpart Donald Trump after talks held in South Korea.
