أكد وزير الاستثمار السعودي المهندس خالد الفالح أن البنوك اليابانية أبدت رغبتها في تقديم القروض للشركات السعودية، إضافة إلى دعم تطوير المنتجات المالية المتوافقة مع طموحات أسواق المال السعودية.
جاء ذلك خلال كلمة ألقاها الفالح في افتتاح فعاليات منتدى الاستثمار السعودي - الياباني في مدينة أوساكا.
وقال الفالح: «إن المشاريع السعودية الطموحة في مجال تحول الطاقة تمثل فرصة استثنائية أمام المؤسسات المالية والمستثمرين اليابانيين».
وكشف الفالح أن المملكة تدرس حالياً سبل دمج الشركات اليابانية في مناطقها الاقتصادية الخاصة، مشيراً إلى أن اليابان تعد ثالث أكبر شريك تجاري للسعودية، وأن 40% من احتياجات اليابان النفطية تأتي من المملكة.
ويعتبر منتدى الاستثمار السعودي - الياباني الأكبر من نوعه في مدينة أوساكا، ويحضره أكثر من 1500 شخص من مختلف القطاعات الاستثمارية ذات الأولوية للجانبين.
واستضافت السعودية أخيرا الاجتماع الوزاري السابع للرؤية السعودية اليابانية 2030 في الرياض، شارك في الاجتماع وزير الاستثمار السعودي المهندس خالد الفالح، ووزير الاقتصاد والتجارة والصناعة الياباني كين سايتو، وأسفر الاجتماع عن توقيع 13 اتفاقية ومذكرة تفاهم مع كيانات وشركات يابانية، غطت هذه الاتفاقيات قطاعات متنوعة، منها المياه، الخدمات المالية، الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، الطاقة، والرعاية الصحية.

The Saudi Minister of Investment, Engineer Khalid Al-Falih, confirmed that Japanese banks have expressed their desire to provide loans to Saudi companies, in addition to supporting the development of financial products that align with the ambitions of the Saudi capital markets.
This came during a speech delivered by Al-Falih at the opening of the Saudi-Japanese Investment Forum in Osaka.
Al-Falih stated: "The ambitious Saudi projects in the field of energy transformation represent an exceptional opportunity for Japanese financial institutions and investors."
Al-Falih revealed that the Kingdom is currently studying ways to integrate Japanese companies into its special economic zones, noting that Japan is the third-largest trading partner of Saudi Arabia, and that 40% of Japan's oil needs come from the Kingdom.
The Saudi-Japanese Investment Forum is the largest of its kind in Osaka, attended by more than 1,500 people from various priority investment sectors for both sides.
Recently, Saudi Arabia hosted the seventh ministerial meeting of the Saudi-Japanese Vision 2030 in Riyadh, attended by Saudi Minister of Investment Engineer Khalid Al-Falih and Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade, and Industry Ken Saito. The meeting resulted in the signing of 13 agreements and memorandums of understanding with Japanese entities and companies, covering various sectors including water, financial services, telecommunications and information technology, energy, and healthcare.
